"This hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions. The restaurants near the hotel were also delicious, making for a truly enjoyable trip. I'm grateful to everyone at the hotel. I took a water taxi to the airport. I was traveling alone, so I couldn't ride the gondola, but I still enjoyed the water taxi."

"Excellent value for money! The hotel is centrally located on a lovely piazza, just 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast! A highly recommended hotel!"

"Magnificent location just between Realto and S.Marco Square. Vaporetto stop in 3 minutes’ walk to Grand Channel. On the photo - breakfast view (yes, directly to the channel). Small rooms (as anywhere in Venice), in our room was unpleasant odor, but staff did their best and in a few minutes we mooved to the nearest room without any problems. Staff is really best. Strongly recommend the hotel!"

"The rooms are clean and air conditioned. The rooms are 2 rooms, so you have to share the bathroom and kitchen. That was not a big problem, we managed to use the bathroom without many difficulties. Clean and functional bathroom. The hotel is very large and has large beds."

"The hotel was lovely, it’s easy to miss as there is no big sign to direct you, and you have to check in at the sister hotel. But once we had checked in, the hotel was fine. the room was very red!"

"Do not recommend living on the Venice island cuz there are many bridges and stairs, especially if you have a suitcase. Quite far away from the train station, maybe around 15 min walk. Breakfast was the worst I’ve seen. Just a bunch of pastries basically. I have to go up and down stairs over and over cuz my room’s location is kinda weird. But you get what you pay for. It’s one of the cheapest when I searched for hotels so it’s fine."

"Beyond the great location, honestly, everything else was pretty disappointing. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 70 Euros... The room was genuinely tiny, too small, and incredibly hot. The heat made me dizzy. My friend came to visit and also commented on how ridiculously hot it was. The staff kept knocking on my door. I asked them not to knock for a bit and to come back later, but they still knocked 3 to 5 more times. The only real highlight was the friendly and handsome young man at the front desk when I checked in on the first day. He was so gentle and helped me open wine and find cutlery. I didn't take photos of the room because it was so small. But on my way out, I discovered a spacious back garden and took some pictures of that. Pictures 3 and 4 show the room service breakfast and the on-site buffet breakfast. At this hotel, whatever you do, do NOT choose room service for breakfast. It's just a few pieces of bread, and it's outrageously overpriced! I felt like a total sucker! Just walk downstairs and eat the buffet – it's actually decent."

"The hotel was nice and clean; in the room, there was a mini fridge and an AC, which was handy. The bathroom was spacious and there was toiletries. The only negative thing about the room was the bed; the mattres was too flat and the bed base made a lot of noise every time you turned around/lay on the bed. Breakfast is served at the hotel; it's simple but abundant. The hotel clerks were always super polite and helpful. The hotel is located near Marco Polo Sq and you can walk to most places. Super recommended."

"My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross."
