We brought our kids to Beijing for a trip during the May Day holiday and stumbled upon this hotel, Asia's largest garden-style guesthouse, staying in the Jingbin Building. It's incredibly spacious with several buildings dedicated to guest rooms. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. The greenery is abundant, and the environment is serene and peaceful, with a charming antique feel. It's beautiful even at night, with ancient pines and ginkgo trees that are incredibly thick. Guests get free access to the gym and free parking, and breakfast was decent as well.

Our stay here was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. They even sent us a complimentary fruit plate, which was a very thoughtful touch. There's also a Starbucks mini-café at the front desk, where we relaxed for a bit after checking out. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for the location. It is conveniently located near Minzu University of China. Rooms are extremely small, but sufficient for sleeping. The lobby is small, so there isn’t really a place to wait if there is a gap in time between when you need to check out and when you need to leave. Unfortunately the closest coffee shop doesn’t have seating.

The product is very cost-effective. I will try it before evaluating it. Although the product may not be the best, it is definitely the best in the same price range. The quality is very good, exactly as described by the seller. I really like it and it completely exceeds my expectations. The delivery speed is very fast, the packaging is very careful and strict, the logistics company has a good service attitude, the delivery speed is very fast, and I am very satisfied with the shopping experience.

Honestly, I thought an older hotel might have some shortcomings, but my stay this time was unexpectedly satisfying. Not only are the facilities complete, but the service is also excellent. The environment goes without saying – it's very quiet with great greenery, and you could spend a good amount of time just walking around the hotel's courtyard. A special thanks to Xiao Shi and Xiao Wei at the front desk for their great attitude during check-in, and also to Xiao Zhao from concierge for helping with our luggage. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour hotel provided excellent service! It's conveniently located right next to Beijing Foreign Studies University's West Campus, with a McDonald's and FamilyMart convenience store nearby. Public transport, including the subway and buses, is also very accessible. Highly recommend!

Live the room, super comfortable, near lots of restaurants, and metro station. Only downside is that there is no elevator, or other needed facilities like microwave.

Fantastic! Great location, with a view of the National Library right from upstairs. During the blooming season, the air was filled with fragrance. The room was spacious, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful—rich, varied, and plenty of choices. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Plus, there was a magpie's nest outside the window, which was a delightful surprise!

The service is simply amazing!!! I injured my foot at school, with a slight bone fracture. After the plaster was applied, I took a taxi to Zhongguancun Renmin University Light Residence Hotel. When I was about to arrive at the hotel, I called the front desk to ask if the hotel had a wheelchair available for borrowing. The girl who answered the phone said that the wheelchair had been borrowed by other guests. At that time, I thought to myself, this is over, how can I get off the ground? Unexpectedly, a voice came from the other end of the phone saying that if it is convenient, we can add each other on WeChat, and you can tell me when you arrive, and we will carry you upstairs. Along the way, the front desk kept paying attention to my arrival time and asked me if I had any requirements for the room. When I arrived at the door of the hotel, I found that the girl and a young man were already waiting for me there. After they helped me out of the car, they took me directly to the room. I was very surprised and asked, ”Don't I need to check in?” She said, ”First, send you to the room and let you rest comfortably, and then we will take your documents to handle it.” I was very surprised that the service pre-positioning could be so meticulous? After arriving at the room, the girl at the front desk brought me water, helped me connect to the internet, charge my phone, and helped me change my clothes, wash and dry them, and then handed them to me. At that moment, it reminded me of my sister taking care of me when I was sick as a child, and I was very moved. The next morning, I received a WeChat message from the girl at the front desk saying that she had borrowed a wheelchair from another hotel for my use. She also asked me what breakfast I wanted to eat and sent it to my room. She even sent me their companion meal at noon considering my inconvenience. With so many small details and such proactive services, it is inevitable that I will be a fan of Atour. It must be my first choice when staying in a hotel in the future.
