The hotel also provides free breakfast, kids' toothbrushes, and slippers, truly demonstrating their thoughtful hospitality. They were very patient when answering my questions, and the front desk staff even recommended some fun places nearby. The bathtub room had separate shampoo and shower gel, along with a disposable bathtub liner – so incredibly considerate! I absolutely loved how soft the hotel slippers were. The hotel facilities are also very complete; delivery services can reach right outside your room door. Even the cleaning staff in the hallway greeted me, giving a real 'home away from home' feeling. Oh, and the hotel lobby is also decorated very festively. The value for money is truly high, and I would definitely stay at Chenduo Hotel again if I'm ever in the area.

The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. As soon as I walked into the lobby, there was a lovely fragrance. The lobby itself is very spacious, and the room facilities are all top-notch. The TV is large, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The air conditioning works quickly, and room service for deliveries was very responsive. The bedding was super comfortable, the mattress was so soft, and the pillows were great – Atour's bedding is definitely reliable. They also have a robot for deliveries and even offer late-night congee, which was a very thoughtful touch. The surrounding area is very convenient, close to both the port and shopping malls. When checking out, they even thoughtfully provided a bottle of water. I'll definitely be back next time!

This stay at the Kapok Hotel Shenzhen Luohu brought a new experience... incredibly thoughtful service! Joy, the front desk manager, remembered that I needed a firm pillow and had everything prepared for me before check-in. She also arranged for fruit and the extra bottled water I always request. With such meticulous arrangements, it's no wonder the hotel is often fully booked. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way; for any business, repeat customers are the most genuine endorsement. My wife is particularly sensitive to heat, and although I found the room temperature perfect, at her request, I contacted Joy at 10 PM. Thanks to her prompt response and excellent arrangements, my wife was very satisfied and had a wonderful night's sleep. Thank you, Joy and her colleagues!

The service was exceptional! The hotel's style is beautiful and very high-end. The environment is also great and super clean. The voice-controlled smart features were perfect for someone lazy like me. The staff were very enthusiastic too; when I mentioned two bottles of water weren't enough, they added an extra one for me every day. The cleaning staff were also incredibly gentle. The location is fantastic – MixC shopping mall is just a short walk away, and there's a Luckin Coffee right in the lobby, which is super convenient. To find such a great hotel at this price point, I really hit the jackpot! Highly, highly recommend!!

The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful; they proactively explained how to use the in-room audio-visual equipment, and any questions I had were answered swiftly. The room was exceptionally clean – no musty smells or cigarette smoke. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were just the right height. The huge projector screen paired with the surround sound system made for an amazing experience, whether I was screen mirroring or watching a blockbuster; the picture quality was vibrant and crystal clear. The soundproofing in the walls was excellent, blocking out street and crowd noise, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Hot water was instantly available, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no standing water, plus amenities were replenished promptly. The price is affordable, yet the facilities are high-end, making it perfect for both couples and small gatherings with friends. I’ve already saved this place – Qingmu will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Shenzhen!

Our stay felt just like home. The spacious 50㎡ room gave us plenty of space to move around, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed city views right from our window. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The location was excellent, with the subway, mall, and great food all within easy reach. The staff were warm and attentive, making our family trip truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is fine and the staff were generally lovely. The room was clean. The restaurant on the second floor and the pool area could be cleaner. The chairs and the tables in the restaurant can be cleaner. The sushi is not really sushi it's a gelatin blend of something.

The bellboy escorted me to my room and even adjusted the air conditioning. Throughout my stay, whether in the hallway or restaurant, every staff member would stop, smile, and greet me. The turndown service not only drew the curtains and prepared slippers but also left a handwritten weather forecast and a calming tea, adding a wonderfully personal touch. Once, when I asked for directions, the concierge immediately pulled out a map and meticulously planned my route, even marking the subway exits, which was incredibly reassuring. Cleanliness was rigorously maintained down to every nook and cranny. The bed sheets were spotless and crisply ironed, the carpet was deep-cleaned with no odors, and the bathroom faucets and glass shone brilliantly, even the floor drain was clean and smooth. Housekeeping followed strict protocols, with all items bearing disinfection seals, and staff were constantly, quietly wiping handrails and elevator buttons in public areas, providing great peace of mind, especially during these times. The location is uniquely advantageous, situated in the heart of Luohu, with a subway entrance right downstairs. It's within walking distance of shopping malls like MixC, and surrounded by numerous old-established eateries. The room's soundproofing was excellent; closing the window immediately shut out the hustle and bustle. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could admire the Diwang Building, Luohu Port, and the winding Shenzhen River. At night, the city lights sparkled, offering a tranquil escape for a restful night's sleep. From the hardware to the human touch, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. That feeling of being well taken care of without being intrusive is truly the best gift during a journey. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen.

I'm very impressed. The location is right next to the Metro, and there's a mall to walk around and buy things under the Metro, under the hotel. The staff are lovely, polite, and they communicate well in Chinese and English, and they even helped us call a taxi. I'm very impressed. Most importantly, it's close to a famous coffee shop with excellent taste.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around near train station - 2 kms and subway station - Laojie station exit H. There is the mall next to the hotel. There are a lot of local restaurants, shops nearby. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities provided were all that I needed during my stay. The breakfast was nice, with some items changing daily, although the selection was a bit limited. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. I also appreciated the 24-hour gym, which included weights and treadmills, making it easy to work out anytime. In addition, having a microwave available in the lobby was a very useful extra convenience. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.
