The room facilities and equipment were all excellent, and the hotel's environment was great. The service was also very good. There are many restaurants nearby, and the room came with two bottles of BaiSuiShan water and other drinks. They also offer a thoughtful package including afternoon tea and late-night snacks. My stay at the Intercity Hotel was an absolute delight, a truly pleasant experience for both mind and body. The location is superb; step out and you're right at Huanggang Village Station on Line 7, putting the entire city within easy reach. In the evenings, the vibrant local atmosphere and a plethora of late-night food options added a comforting touch to my trip. The room itself was well-designed with excellent natural light, and being on a high floor, the view of the city skyline was expansive and unobstructed. Breakfast was a treat for the taste buds – alongside Western and Chinese dishes, there were steaming baskets of authentic Cantonese dim sum and freshly made 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) that were incredibly satisfying. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, with a pleasant, subtle botanical scent. The laundry service was also thoughtful and meticulous, showing attention to detail. But what truly impressed me most was the service. From the lobby to the guest rooms, every staff member greeted me with genuine smiles and gentle words, making every interaction feel warm and welcoming. Definitely worth a revisit, and I look forward to coming back.

The front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great place, I've stayed here many times. It's an excellent hostel with fantastic value for money! The environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and sufficient. The soundproofing is good, so you won't be disturbed. The owner is super nice and very enthusiastic. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It's really suitable for short trips, I sincerely recommend it!

The hotel facilities are quite complete. There's a self-service laundry and a fitness area on the 14th floor. They even offer late-night snacks on the 14th floor after 9 PM. The room offers great value for money. The front desk lobby has a stylish design, and staff like Yoyo are very thoughtful during check-in, even asking if you're on a business trip. Hotel parking is free, and they'll even prepare breakfast to go. Overall, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care! I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized. As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal. The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time.

I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! I noted it was my birthday in advance, and the staff thoughtfully decorated the room, preparing a lovely birthday cake and fresh, plump welcome fruits – it felt so special. The room offered a fantastic view; drawing back the curtains in the evening, we were treated to a dazzling cityscape, which really set a wonderful mood. During our stay, any request we had was handled incredibly quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and we felt well looked after throughout. This birthday stay left us with truly wonderful memories. I honestly recommend this hotel and will choose it again for future trips. The hotel's location is convenient, and my family of four had a great stay, especially the breakfast restaurant on the first floor. There's a wide variety of food options, plenty of ice cream, and the Crown noodles were particularly good. The service was excellent too!

Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.
