This stay exceeded my expectations, and I must give the hotel service a thumbs up!
• Front Desk: The staff at check-in were extremely efficient, and their smiles were infectious. They proactively inquired about my needs and even kindly extended my check-out time, making me feel right at home from the moment I entered.
• Dining: The breakfast selection was excellent, with a great blend of Chinese and Western styles. The restaurant ambiance was elegant, the food was fresh, and the staff cleared plates promptly, making for a wonderful dining experience.
• Cleanliness: Special praise goes to the housekeeping lady, Ms. Guo! The room was spotless, even the dust in the corners was meticulously removed. When I returned to my room, I found that she had even tidied up my messy charging cables—such thoughtful care was truly heartwarming.

In conclusion: I do not recommend staying here.
Advantages: It's right next to Qianling Mountain Park and Qianling Alley. The location is excellent if you're visiting Qianling Mountain Park. Experience the local market in Qianling Alley, and try the tofu noodles. It's also convenient for buying souvenirs.
Disadvantages: The facilities are very old; it's a hotel converted from an old building, and the layout and decor are illogical in many ways. 1. The bathroom has a forced glass partition separating the wet and dry areas, making the shower space cramped. 2. There are no clothes racks inside; you have to put on and take off your clothes outside. 3. The shower water takes 20 minutes to warm up after being turned on. After the first person uses the warm water, the water becomes scalding hot. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient; it's too hot to the left and too cold to the right. 4. The showerhead is broken and hasn't been replaced; the water flow is the same as a faucet. 5. There are two pipes outside the room window, which cause noise.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the tourist distribution center and a fifteen-minute walk from the main gate of Qianling Mountain. The location is decent, but it's not very convenient for subway travel. We were upgraded to a deluxe king room because we had a child, and the room was spacious, which was very satisfactory.

First of all, the traffic is absolutely perfect. It is a 100-meter walk to the subway station. You don't have to panic and rush the car when you go out. You can go to Qianlingshan Park and take the subway directly. It is super convenient to check in and return. The room is also very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and can respond in time if there is a question. They also recommend local food characteristics to us, and there is free parking. The breakfast is very characteristic of Guizhou. The overall experience is excellent! I will choose this one next time I come here, and I have already recommended it to friends who plan to go to Qianlingshan Park to play ～

The location is superb, very close to attractions and shopping areas, and within walking distance of Qianling Mountain Park. There are also many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, such as the highly-rated Yuzhen, Chen's Doumi Hot Pot, and Xia Laoyao. I didn't get to eat at Yuzhen because of the long queue, but the other two were indeed delicious. Jiang's Changwang Noodles is also nearby. It's practically a city walk! In short, it's very convenient for getting around, and all the food, drinks, and entertainment is within easy reach. Highly recommended!

Apart from about a 3 to 5minute walk to the mountain entrance,the qianlingshan subway station is just outside the hotel entrance.
Many food vendors line the walkway surrounding the area during the day as well as some small food restaurants nearby.
The service given to us during our stay is top notch.The reception has a guy who speaks English. We had a queen double room and is was clean,well organised and had a very good sleep for the one night we were here.
Breakfast had a selection of chinese food and some pastries,coffee as well as fruits.not the best we had.but decent.

I had a great stay for several days. The housekeeper cleaned the room and replenished supplies daily. The front desk staff was also very kind and allowed a free late check-out. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and transportation is very convenient. It offers great value for money!

They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away.
When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered.
What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed.
At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip.
In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step.
This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Environment: The location is great! It's very close to the high-speed train station, about a ten-minute walk away. You can even see the station from the window, and despite being so close, it's surprisingly quiet.
Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and spoke softly. They even upgraded my room for free! My normal check-out time was 12 PM, but since I checked in late, they extended it to 2 PM.
Facilities: The facilities are good, but what really impressed me was the bathroom's Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to play music while getting ready. As someone who loves listening to music while freshening up, this was a fantastic feature – it really set a great vibe, and the sound quality was excellent.

The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower, making it super easy to explore and grab food. Taxis get you anywhere quickly. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure – I felt really at ease. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, offering authentic local dishes like Changwang noodles and beef rice noodles, which tasted very genuine. The staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, and they promptly helped with any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money. Staying here for your Guiyang trip is definitely a no-brainer!

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.
