Our clients chose this hotel for their stay, and it's quite convenient in terms of transportation. You can quickly reach areas like Jiading New City, and the surrounding amenities are well-developed. Across the street is a large shopping mall (Taimao Commercial Plaza/Outlet), making shopping very easy.

My stay was incredibly satisfying! A huge thank you to Tina at the front desk for her exceptional service throughout. She was always ready to answer any questions, had a warm and friendly smile, and patiently addressed all my inquiries. Her flexibility and accommodating nature, gentle phone etiquette, and efficient, accurate call transfers truly stood out. She handled unexpected situations with calm professionalism, showing remarkable thoughtfulness in every detail, and her overall professional approach made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. The hotel's surroundings are very well-appointed, with plenty of amenities and a fantastic selection of local snack options. Naxiang Ancient Town and Guyi Garden are also conveniently located nearby. This is easily the best hotel in Nanxiang, and it's very close to the subway station. I will definitely be returning to Wyndham Nanxiang Hotel on my next visit.

You get what you paid for. That's what my wife told me which I agree with. This hotel is at the right location if you happen to be in the area. The services are fine. The breakfast that's included is as good as we expected. The price we paid was very satisfying to us. The main issue (and an important one of course) is the cleanliness. The carpets in the hallway and the room look spotty and dirty although I'm sure they have cleaned them. The bathroom sink especially behind the faucet looks moldy. Overall we are happy with their included breakfast and price but not impressed with the cleanliness. I'd definitely rebook it if they can improve the cleanliness.

It was a bit tricky to find the building as it is not a typical hotel but the staff helped me when I called (staff didn’t speak English but I know some Mandarin). The check in and out system was quite seamless. They added my WeChat and sent all necessary codes there. I was also able to check out without going to the reception through it. I even asked the staff for help which they responded promptly and kindly. Once I opened the door to my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room looked just like the pictures represented! The room had a lot of smart features and made my quick stay so enjoyable! I would book this again if I was in the area.

The TV had clear picture quality, the air conditioning temperature adjustment was comfortable, and the sheer and blackout curtains by the window were of great quality, allowing both natural light and the ability to create a private resting space at any time. From the room layout to facility maintenance, you could see the hotel's dedication. The equipment was brand new, clean, and extremely well-maintained, with none of the wear and tear typically found in older hotels.
