Breakfast starts at 6:40 in the morning. I rushed to the plane in advance to help pack the breakfast and put it at the front desk. It was very intimate service. Near the airport Ole, there are many foods around Ole, take a taxi for a few minutes to go shopping and eat, it is recommended to stay. The entrance location taxi positioning point is a bit floating, always around the Hilton next to it, and the master did not find the hotel entrance at the beginning.

I would like to recommend this hotel, full of facilities, good environment (you can search many restaurants around hotel, the people who work at this hotel are so polite and patient they can a little understand English tho.

This was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable stay we had during our trip to Guiyang. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and just a stone's throw from Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market, making it easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are spotless, and you can choose between a street-facing room with views of old buildings or a quieter room on the north side. What really stood out was the incredible service; every staff member at the hotel was so warm and friendly. We stayed for three nights during our trip, with one night in Xiuwen in between, so we actually made a point to come back to Banshan Hotel. We had a street-facing room the first night and then a quieter room on the back side for our second stay, which ensured a great night's sleep! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guiyang. The two photos below are ones I took of the street view opposite the hotel, but I don't have any photos of the room itself.

The air-conditioning hair dryer and other equipment were very good and the bed was very clean. Contact the hotel to reply in a timely manner, all questions were answered patiently, and the attitude was really great! ! ! The service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around was a breeze. It's super close to Longjian East Metro Station, just a 5-minute walk. Getting to the airport couldn't be easier; the hotel even offers a shuttle service that departs punctually on the hour, so you'll never miss your flight. It took exactly 10 minutes from departure to arrive at Gate 8 of Terminal 2.

This was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

This hotel upholds the excellent standards of the Holiday Inn brand, with superb service. My flight was delayed, and the front desk staff, Ren Linlin, kindly extended my check-out time until 3:45 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is excellent, and the price is quite reasonable. It's very convenient to walk to Qingyun Market. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. This is always my first choice when I have a layover in Guiyang.
