"Absolutely loved this hotel, in a great location close to the metro, they gave me an upgraded room. Will absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff were more than helpful!"
"I really loved the bedroom wich was a Queen size bed and for the price that i payed it was worth it. The room was big enough for 1-2 people. I had a great view with a big window. The bathroom was really cute, i had a mini fridge as well and you also get access too the laundry room with the microwave. The place is quiet, comfortable and well placed as well for stores, pharmacy or even emergency. I honestly recommend it!!"
"The hotel is OK and comfortable. It was just an episode. The room type we booked indicated that there was a lake view, but the parking lot was checked in. The front desk responded that the hotel was not guaranteed. unacceptable. For my guests who come to travel far, what is the guarantee? 😢"
"The hotel is in a great location, close to the highway and subway entrance. The front desk service was excellent. When checking in, I asked to park my car for half a day and return the next afternoon after sightseeing. The front desk staff even gave me a parking voucher. The downside was that the room was dated. The bathtub handle was rusty, and the drain was slow; it needs updating. The photo below shows the parking voucher."
"The two bed rooms are relatively thin, the hotel only has shampoo, and there is no shower liquid to provide .
Reasonable price!
The location is very close to the subway station, within 2 minutes walk. "
"Very good, the facilities are quite complete, the price is not high, there are English and French services, there is free parking, there are good restaurants near the highway, but the sound insulation is not very good, the room upstairs will hear the sound"
"I was catching a flight in Montreal, and it was more than 20 minutes' drive from the airport, which was quite convenient. The hotel is close to the highway, and the parking lot is under the bridge, which is not very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and clean!"
"The room was clean and the heating temperature was adequate. However, the breakfast was not suitable for China, so please do not expect it. The service of the staff was slow to respond. There was often no one at the front desk and no one on duty at night. It seemed that there was no one on duty from 10 o'clock to 8 o'clock the next day. So if you have something at night, you can't find the staff. This may be the case here. The staff and the front desk are all Africans. It may be opened by Africans. They should be immigrants from the French-speaking area of Africa. This is the French-speaking area and everyone speaks French."

"Very Good hotel and service!
If the hotel can see my comments I need the hotel’s help to find the driver who drove me to Montréal downtown. This taxi was called by hotel receptionist when I tried to call Uber.
I took the taxi called by the receptionist.
The taxi car is red, the driver is black around 50 and he doesn’t speak English. These are all the information I have about him.
When I arrived the destination “Hotel Monoir Sherbrook “ , here comes the bad thing, both my Visa card and debit card cannot be used by his payment machine , and the worst is I have no cash with me! Banks closed in weekend and ATM machines are not working for my card, then I know my card has no chip, only for slashing.
I checked everywhere around, then I borrowed 20 dollars, I found the driver the driver had left.
Please the hotel to find the driver, should pay him in the end. He is a nice guy even he can’t speak English and we didn’t communicate well when driving me .
Please contact me for any time.
But later I got cash from a friend. I mean if the hotel can connect the driver, please contact me for all the time."

Amazing
GGuest UserTraveling with friends, a large suite on the last day, a king-size bed room and a twin bed room to meet different accommodation requirements. Especially the large kitchen and dining room, you can also have a small gathering
GGuest UserWe loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym. All in all, great hotel!
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
GGuest UserMy stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal from April 3–5, 2026 was an overall very positive experience.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions without any hassle. The suite-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day out. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which added a nice touch of comfort and privacy.
The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a solid variety of hot options like eggs, meats, and potatoes, not just a basic continental spread. It definitely set a good tone for the day. The evening reception was another highlight the happy hour drinks were excellent, with a great selection and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Staff were helpful, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient.
If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast time, but that’s expected given its popularity.
Also the parking was a bit pricey .
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Montreal. I would gladly stay here again.
GGuest UserWe reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience.
We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT!
Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment.
HHihiwongThis hotel is ideally located close to the metro station, making travelling around the city extremely convenient. The fresh bagels served for breakfast were delicious, and overall it offers fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend this place to all travellers.
BBL LondonGreat location. Close to old Montreal. Rooms were big, comfortable bed, good working shower but a tad tatty. Although very clean, the rooms and hotel need a major refurbishment. It was like stepping back into the 1980s. However, this has to be balanced by the location and great service from the team at reception.
GGuest UserDecently great stay. I would come back if I were to solo travel and had to stay somewhere downtown.
Pros:
- location: central, pretty, accessible, amazing. Local friends were impressed it was in such a central yet “nice” place in the middle of the city.
- service: helpful, chill, nice staff. Available even at midnight.
- design: fits the Montreal Aesthetic PERFECTLY. Inside old buildin, made modern, yet keeping the most beautiful old features restored. Just being here made it feel like I was staying at a nice place.
Cons:
- 50CAD is a bit steep for a hostel. But there was a jazz festival and it is Montreal during summer.
- the lockers being inside the bottom floor room was a little loud. Easy to use but the noise of the opening doors was annoying
- capsule size I am 193cm/6ft4. I did not fully fit inside the capsule. I had to lay “diagonally” and somewhat not fully relaxed.
- heat: the “AC” is there but during summer it is not enough. It is doable but if you are sensitive to heat at night it is something to consider. You can always open the capsule doors and it is nice and cool but that is a personal choice.
(P.S there is a remote for the TV behind the “cabinet”. If you miss it and accidentally turn on/off the main power of the capsule you may miss it)
