"This hotel is really good, booked a double bed room, the bed is very comfortable, enough for a family to sleep. The hotel is on the side of the road, but the sound is very good, opposite is a park, I believe it is very beautiful in spring, summer and autumn (winter in winter). The hotel's buffet breakfast is personally ok, with bread, cake, milk, juice, fruit and more. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also has a small tea room, 12am to 12pm, free refreshments and drinks, children like it. The waiter's attitude is warm and enthusiastic. There are Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel has a parking lot and they seem to have forfeited my parking fee (forgot). If you come to Montreal later, you will choose to live here."

No. 6 of Premium Hotels in Montreal"I booked this hotel again on the last day of my return trip. The room facilities, hygiene and environment were still very good, but the floor I was assigned this time was lower, the orientation was not as good as last time, and the window in the room was not as big as last time, facing a big white wall. I contacted the front desk and they changed me to another room. Another thing I didn't understand was that all the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and lotion in this room were empty. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to restock them, which was quite timely. As a high-end hotel, this kind of mistake should not be made."

"The hotel situates a bit north to the city, the nearest metro station Plamondon takes you 10-15 mins walk. Another alternative way to travel is to take bus route 17 or 160 which is downstairs of the hotel.
The hotel doesn’t look new but obviously some renovations had been done before. In contrast to those negative comments I read before, I do think that the overall service was not that bad. The breakfast provides muffin, bread with butter and jam, cereals, cornflake, milk, tea and coffee, fruits. There are staff who are on duty at counter all the time I passed by. They are quite helpful. The down sides include the floor layout of the hotel, as there are four rooms which are located at the end of the floor which takes you down 8steps and walk up a few steps again. For elders with big luggage may not be good at all. Besides the janitors use quite heavy bleaching agents to clean the restaurant and public area which creates some stinky strange smell. The interior renovation was rather coarse, air conditioning is a bit noisy. Other than that you can get what you pay for."

The room was so fancy with high end luxury decor and furnishings. The bathroom was huge with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The room was stocked with snacks and a bar with various liquor. I felt like I was back in a Las Vegas hotel. We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. Top notch service. The room was very quiet. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over."

"There was a Chinese-speaking Mr. Wu at the reception desk in the lobby. We were worried about not being able to speak French. When Mr. Wu heard us speaking Chinese, he enthusiastically helped and said I can speak Chinese too! Helped us in Chinese throughout and taught us how to park and ride! Parking gave us a discount! Really thank him for his help! Saves a lot of trouble!Although the hotel is poorly cleaned! But the service was really good!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located not far from St. Joseph's Church, visible from the entrance, within a 10-minute walk. The street in front of the hotel is the main street of the area, lined with restaurants, supermarkets, and markets, making it very convenient. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station; a subway ride to the Old Town takes about half an hour, and a taxi costs around 20 Canadian dollars. I booked a superior suite, which was basically a one-bedroom apartment. The room's renovation was probably only two years old; although the materials were simple, it was relatively new and clean, and fully equipped, even with pots and pans. We were assigned a room on the back street, and the bedroom was inside, so it was completely quiet. Most importantly, the price was excellent, offering exceptional value. Oh, and if you like desserts, don't miss the tiramisu at the bakery across from the hotel.

GGuest UserWe loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym. All in all, great hotel!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe room is clean, toilet clean, i like the soap provided. The setvices also good, i requested to checked out at 1pm, they allowed. The location also near downtown, old port by walking. I used bus 747 to the YUL airport, the bus pickup point also near arounf 350m only from hotel.
I read the review before said a lot of homeless but near hotel during I stay njust 1-2 only but not near hotel. Rocommended because room also big enough

The bathroom was functional, good shower pressure, plus toiletries and towels provided. Daily cleaning is available on request; just let reception know.
Location couldn't be better: just meters from the metro, with supermarkets, shops, and a pedestrian street full of food options right nearby.
Breakfast is basic but sufficient: bagels, waffles, bread, muffins, cereals, plus juice and coffee. It won't wow you, but it gets the morning started. Overall, very cost effective.

GGuest UserExcellent location where you can walk nearly everywhere - and there's a metro right down the block. Cean rooms (though some old stains on a couple things were found). Reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is cute, the koi pond reception area is such a nice little touch to a trip. Beds were comfortable and room cleaning was fast and detail oriented. Only issue I found was the water fluctuated in temperature from very hot to very cold constantly, so showers were a bit uncomfortable. I would consider staying here again.

Many details show poor renovation quality, such as the bathroom vent cover, which wasn't properly secured and fell off, which was quite dangerous. The swimming pool has a large waterslide, which is a big plus.
