"Initially charged $100 per night per pet (I had 2). Talked them down to charging for 1 dog. We arrived late, and left early. It was a double room. Everything is extremely over-priced, and I saw bugs (silverfish) in my room."

"It is super close to airport, the 10 minute transfer to and from airport is included. The downside is that you hear airplanes all throughout the day, night time it’s quieter. It’s suoer close to mall which includes Wallmart, supermarkets, Dollarana, pharmacies, etc. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is not luxurious, but it’s fine and is included in price. Room/hotel is not newest, but it’s clean and it worked for me. And other plus is that wifi is included."

"The hotel's location is near the airport, but it still takes about half an hour to drive there. Breakfast was very basic. There are no shops, subway, or buses nearby, and getting to the city center is quite far, requiring a car or taxi. The air conditioning in the room only blows cold air, and the highest temperature you can set it to is 22 degrees Celsius."

"The overall feeling of the room is relatively small, if the baggage is more nervous. The environment is OK, across the road is a supermarket, shopping is very convenient. The location of the hotel is not too good, far from the city, it is more difficult to eat at night. There are very few early choices, there is almost nothing to eat, and it is the same every day. "I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!"

"There are many DoubleTree locations downtown and elsewhere, so if you use Google Maps, you're likely to end up at the wrong location. Many guests have made the same mistake. Be sure to check the address before you go. The hotel is just five minutes from the airport, which was incredibly convenient for my early morning flight, and the free shuttle was a welcome addition."

"I don't know why airport hotels are so terrible at soundproofing, but this one was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. I was put in the ”quiet” wing, but was woken up constantly by the HVAC machine starting up and shutting down. Then the constant door slamming and voices in the hallway that are typical of airport hotels. All this meant I got nearly zero hours of sleep and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Also, the shuttle drivers in both directions were surly and unhelpful."

"I am very happy that I choose this Hotel . First it was every easy to park the car in an spacious underground parking lot and easy to leave the garage . The front counter workers is also very nice and they know how to explaining things The room is 100% clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud It was perfect. Room has it own air control either AC or heat and it's very quite. The breakfast was simple and just fine.... You can't beat those Montreal Bagels . Would I stay there again 100% yes . For years I booked hotels east of St Laurence ave . (Never again because it's run down area ) This Hotel has no shelters / soup kitchens and ect around it . It's a clean area and I feel safe . The Metro ( subway ) is only a 5 minute walk that will take you down town."
