I really like Capella. The service is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and turndown service is provided punctually. I even encountered a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The twin room felt like one large and one small bed, which was perfectly fine. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and food delivery is also available.

After checking out of another hotel in our trip earlier than we intended to, we just wanted to transfer and get some rest after a long trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and turned what was already a special holiday into an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was magnificent—beautiful facilities, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service from the entire team. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. We checked in at 5 PM. We booked a 6-person room, but when we got in, we found two beds hadn't been made. We informed the front desk, and they asked us to wait. After 20 minutes, we thought it should be ready and asked again. They said it should be, but when we went back upstairs, the cleaning staff had only just started, so we had to wait another 20 minutes. The hotel guests were quite varied, but we still really liked the communal bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area. Besides the scratched pots, it was interesting to see people from different countries cooking their favorite ingredients there. The hotel is right next to Central Station, and you can also walk to Chinatown and Darling Harbour.

The staff were friendly and polite, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were quick to provide assistance when needed. The room design is stylish and modern, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, allowing me to rest very well during my stay. The hotel's public facilities are very well-maintained. Whether it's the pool, gym, or public areas, everything feels high-quality. The staff also provides excellent service; they are warm, professional, and promptly assist with any issues, making the entire check-in process very smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Both the hardware facilities and the service level met my expectations. I will consider choosing W Hotel again next time I visit Sydney and will also recommend it to my friends.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Exceptionally warm and welcoming. The buffet restaurant managed to find us a table even though we didn't have a reservation on the night we arrived, which made the kids very happy. It's very close to the aquarium, and the whale watching pier is also nearby. It was a really great stay, and the kids felt the staff's enthusiasm, even trying to speak English, which was an unexpected bonus!

Excellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

It's in Chinatown, an Asian crew hotel, convenient for getting to the city center and a handy meeting point for one-day tours.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

The guesthouse has a charming historic vibe with polished wooden floors, plus modern perks like free WiFi and a coin-operated laundry. The host was super friendly and helped us store luggage after check-out.
