No complaints or issues whatsoever. Even without knowing English, everything was simply excellent. On top of that, they gave us a free glass of beer! A truly pleasant experience. Wonderful room, great location, everything worked perfectly, and we were completely satisfied. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Information about checking in was sent to us via email a day before were were due. Staircase was narrow, so was quite difficult to bring large luggage up. Room looks wonderful and tastefully done. We had the suite, and as such, has an adjoining bedroom as well. The balcony was nice for a sit down to relax. Breakfast provided at the ground floor dining room as simple but sufficient for us. Bread toast, cereals, juicies, tea & coffee. We stayed 2 nights, The location is not far from Launceston main CBD. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, so was quite peacefull. Street parking in front of it is available, but parking charges takes effect from 9am, but did not impact us much as we are out.

I really loved this quiet city. The hotel's location is excellent; you can explore on foot after checking in, and it's right across from the cathedral. Parking is convenient, with a lot right next door. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it offers great value for money. The front desk staff included a lovely Chinese lady who was very warm and polite.

This hotel is a fairly standard business-style accommodation overall. The front desk was efficient enough with check-in, but the service attitude was a bit cold, leading to an overall average service experience. Room amenities are quite basic, and the view is limited, offering only a glimpse of the river without much else to highlight. The hotel's surroundings are relatively isolated, mostly factories and tool shops, so local conveniences aren't readily available. The building seems to be a conversion of an old granary, offering a strong sense of space, but the overall atmosphere feels a bit stark and lacks warmth. It's more suitable for a brief stopover during a journey or a business trip; for a vacation or leisure stay, the experience might feel rather ordinary.

We picked up the car at Launceston Airport and arrived at the hotel at almost 12 o'clock. Parking was very convenient, and the key was picked up in a small box. Check-in was very smooth, and the view outside the window was also nice when we woke up early.

The room size is suitable, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the washing machine also includes washing powder, which is very convenient. It is recommended to go by car and have many parking spaces.

Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that.

We love this hotel! We called them up few days before to confirm the amenities inside our room and also a special request too! They answered our call and sort it out super quick! The location is super convenient, close to airport. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning maintained our room in a perfect temperature. One thing which is not important for everyone, is the dishwasher is leaking water!

This accomodation is motel-style. The family room was spacious, with a small kitchen/dining area and equipped with basic stuff such as fridge, kettle, microwave oven and plates/cutlery/glasses. Note that you cannot cook. Sink is a bit small to wash the dishes. Short drive from cataract gorge, 2mn drive from supermarket. Very convenient.
