The hotel staffs were welcoming, friendly and parking was also included in our stay. As we are a family of 5 pax, the hotel has provided two rooms which are interconnected. This makes it convenient for us as a family to connect. The rooms were clean and tidy with great showers. Breakfast was included in our stay with a great selection of ala carte breakfast, with good selection of beverages and coffee. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's only a ten-minute walk to the bus stop. The room facilities are complete, clean, and spacious. There's a microwave, which is convenient for reheating food bought from the supermarket, a fridge, and self-service laundry machines. The view from the window is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was originally a Victorian monastery, very historical, very clean, located on a small slope, comfortable view, especially the hotel administrator, explained carefully and thoughtfully.
