Hyatt Place Secaucus Reviews

My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired. Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water. The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel. The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

Mainly to be close to customers, otherwise it is a relatively remote place, but the supporting facilities are OK, food is only a 5-minute walk away, and it is about 10 minutes away from American Dream, so shopping is still convenient

Located 5 miles from Manhattan, the room is large and clean, and the breakfast is rich

Good location, large room, sanitation needs to be improved
