An enjoyable stay with this hotel which was value for money that provided with A/C and inclusive of carpark and breakfast as well as daily room clean up!

Everything was great. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Great view from the bedroom window.

Decent hotel in a nice quiet location - rooms are ok but bit smaller in size - the bathroom fixtures need some touch up - otherwise all good

The stay was very comfortable, though the facilities were not similar to Holiday Inn. Very neat and clean rooms. The hospitality of the staff was very good. Overall, it was a very good stay, as the Epsom race course area is also very beautiful. Only minus point is busy facilities are not very nearby from the hotel.

Great location if you like horse racing, otherwise a bit in the middle of nowhere.

As normal excellent service. Such a friendly but professional attitude from all staff, with a great breakfast included in price. Rooms clean with all facilities you would want on a business trip. Still no restaurant for evening meal but they do offer pizza’s, and there is an excellent restaurant across road.

service is especially friendly, very welcoming. The position of the hotel is great - right next to epsom downs, can enjoy the expansive race track any time of day.

Hotel was clean an location was not far from chassington and also the staff was amazing they warm our food for us was too late an we had our 4 year old son breakfast was okay was a buffet service overall the whole place is nice clean an staffs are amazing

We have a pleasant stay of two nights at he hotel since the school leaver's ball was held at the racing course, so it is just a 2 minutes of driving distance from the hotel to the venue. The space of the interior is adequate for 2 adults + sofa bed for my daughter, toilet is nice and clean with good brand of shampoo and bath gel. Free parking space was provided as well. Breakfast are excellent and full of choices in corn flakes, bread and juice. Especially the tomatoes were tasty.
