In just two days, it has given too many soft furnishing inspirations. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing Dianchi Lake. The observation deck on the 4th floor can see Xishan Mountain. The guest room design is well versed in wabi-sabi aesthetics, integrating local culture into modern texture. After the trip, I finally have time to write a review of the accommodation. The location of the hotel in the villa area is also very easy to find, and the staff will greet you at the door. I originally booked a room with floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor, but later I upgraded the room. I am super grateful to the lady~ The hotel as a whole is very textured, with details everywhere. It is really the most satisfactory accommodation in the whole trip! ! In addition, the service is too considerate, afternoon tea, sweet porridge in the evening, a hearty breakfast, and a gift for leaving the store. The boss is really running the business with heart. If you are hesitant when you see this homestay, you might as well give it a try. You will definitely not be disappointed! (I am really not a shill, I really recommend it! !

The staff were very attentive and considerate from check-in to check-out! We were traveling with children and arrived early to leave our luggage at the hotel. They provided us with the most suitable family room, along with thoughtful breakfast and dinner services. The hotel has laundry and drying facilities, which were very convenient. There are two outdoor swimming pools and two spa pools, which both we and our children loved—they were great for relieving travel fatigue. Highly recommended!

InterContinental consistently delivers on its promise of quality. Not only are the facilities top-notch, but the service at InterContinental Kunming this time was truly impressive. From the moment we checked in, our butler provided attentive care for three days, even arranging a wheelchair. The staff at the entrance, a few young men, were incredibly helpful with luggage and assisting the elderly. One day, we even encountered a lovely lady from hotel management who personally helped an elderly guest, which truly showed the hotel's dedication to service from top to bottom. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to Haigang Dam, Haigang Wetland Park, Haihong Wetland Park, and Yunnan Ethnic Village. It would have been even better if the red-billed gulls had arrived already. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good, and the Chinese restaurant offered excellent dishes, though a bit pricey. However, there were a few good set menus available. We didn't get a chance to experience the complimentary hot spring, which is a bit of a shame. Overall, it was a great stay, and we'll definitely be back.

The hotel's scenery is truly beautiful, right by Dianchi Lake, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has a free parking lot for guests, and there's a hot spring in the courtyard for the whole family to enjoy—the kids loved it! Plus, the hotel offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, which we booked for our child. The shoot went very smoothly, with no extra charges or pushy sales tactics. The entire experience was wonderful, and we had an amazing time! The room rivals a five-star hotel, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. Next time we're in Kunming, we'll definitely stay here again!

I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room. The handwritten note left by the staff in the room was a very special touch – it's been ages since I received a handwritten message! The room was impeccably clean and tidy every single day, truly deserving a five-star rating. I also adored the little heart shape the staff thoughtfully arranged on the bed. The thoughtful service from the front desk staff was excellent. I even connected with them on WeChat during check-in, and they responded promptly to all my questions and issues throughout my stay. I really appreciated the smart design of the elevators: after scanning your room card, it automatically selects your floor. In most other hotels, you have to scan your card *and then* manually press your floor button, so this Novotel is the first one I've encountered with such a convenient system. And a tip: remember to look up at the ceiling when you're in the elevator – there's a pleasant surprise waiting for you! Another thoughtful detail was the complimentary bottled water available for guests to take in the elevator lobbies on each floor and right next to the front desk. It's super handy, especially since I often forget to bring water when I head out. What I didn't like were the two large display screens at the front desk. They created an unnecessary barrier between myself and the staff, which felt a bit impersonal during what should have been warm, face-to-face interactions. Finally, thank you for the small gift we received at check-out. I haven't opened it yet, but I'm guessing it's a flower pastry. It would have been even better if it had been given to us a bit earlier, perhaps before I finished packing my luggage, so I wouldn't have had an extra item to juggle on the high-speed train.

I was really satisfied. The hotel is very unique, simple and natural, and the surrounding environment is also very good. The owner is very enthusiastic in service. The breakfast is also very delicious. There were a lot of guests at that time, and the kitchen was a little overwhelmed, but they were still very enthusiastic and provided simple meals, noodles, rice noodles and dumplings. The whole hotel is in a large park, and the park has not been repaired yet. The hotel is very quiet. The children only complained that they didn't stay long enough and wanted to stay another day.

The hotel is brand new and exceptionally well-equipped. The front desk staff, Jinli and Jinsuo, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The in-room smart features are highly advanced, minimizing the need for manual operation. The shower pressure was perfect, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's amenities are excellent; the toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers are both eco-friendly and comfortable, making them items you'll appreciate keeping or reusing. The bedding is also very comfortable, and the blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking. While the overall soundproofing is good, we did notice some louder sounds now and then. All in all, it's a great hotel, perfect for both leisure vacations and family getaways.

This homestay is only a few dozen meters away from Dianchi Lake. There are ethnic villages, Haigeng Park, Haihong Wetland, etc. around it. It is very convenient to visit. I saw red-headed gulls in Haihong Wetland. The homestay is comfortable and clean, and the service is very good. You can make tea and drink coffee in the public area. There are also private dishes here. The two of us ordered a 98 yuan set meal, which was good. We stayed in two rooms for two nights. The whole house is voice-controlled intelligently, which is very convenient. It is quiet to sleep at night. The community environment is also very good. It is a high-end villa area

The hotel has a mix of old and newly renovated rooms. The old rooms are really worn down as we were stay in the older rooms for the first night. We were upgraded to the newer ones for the second and third night thanks to the hotel management. New room are fitted with smart technology and amenities were complete in the room and all other facilities were working fine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Surrounding area is nice, especially hotel backyard with beautiful scenery from every corner of the hotel room facing a clean lake. Fantastic location within walking distance to the big Dianchi Lake & Yunan Nationalist Villages & easy access to the famous Western Hill. It was great spending 3 days there.
