The hotel is located on the bank of Dianchi Lake. The appearance of the villa and the overall decoration in black and white tones collide to show high-end and fashion. The moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the service full of ritual. When checking in, the staff brought hot water and Yunnan specialty flower cakes. All the processes were smooth and professional. The hotel exudes high-end atmosphere from inside to outside. I really love the fireplace decoration in the lobby and the room. It is beyond taking pictures! The room is equipped with Dyson hair dryers and electric toilets.. Every detail and hardware facilities can be seen to have made great efforts. The degree of care is full marks. Afternoon tea and breakfast can be enjoyed when you check in. I give full marks for the taste. The latte art is also very beautiful. By the way! There is also a free cocktail appreciation in the evening. You can drink while watching a movie. It is really comfortable~. When you leave the hotel, the staff will send you a souvenir. It contains Bulgari hand cream, which is very touching. It is just right for the winter. The stay experience is excellent. Everything is worth it. I strongly recommend it to everyone! ! !

Incredible service from the staff, they will promptly so their best to help you with your problems. After my friend and I split on our trip, I moved from the loft to the queen bed room, and it still had the same great amenities such as a stove top and washer dryer, and hotel provides a packet of laundry detergent. The thing to note about the drying function, if you plan to wash your, clothes, is that it takes 3 hours and you can't adjust the time. It's also very hot, so the machine door gets safety sealed and I had a hard time opening it. I called front desk and the staff kindly came upstairs and helped me open it. The room is clean and the hairdryer is Dyson.

In the hidden homestay in the downtown area, the hotel is very clean and convenient to go out. Opposite is the Haitang Dam, and there are a lot of food at the door at night. The yard also has characteristics, you can drink tea, chat, watch fish, play games, read books, and there are many birds, and the eight brothers can talk. The only fly in the ointment is that the wires have signs of aging short circuits, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and it will be perfect if it is improved.

The homestay has seven rooms in total, which should be the most tasteful house in this villa area. The room facilities are also good. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable. The afternoon tea, welcome fruit, breakfast and mini bar are of high quality, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The homestay has a design, and the rest depends on the service. The housekeeper is a Sichuan girl who stayed in Kunming after college because she liked the climate. She was gentle and attentive. She asked the size in advance and prepared old Beijing cloth shoes. She was kind and neat, making people feel at home. It was very nice. This location is not far from the center of the old city. It is very close to Haigeng Dam. There are Wolong Ancient Fishing Village and Laoyu River Wetland Park to the south. It takes more than half an hour to drive to Haiyan Village. You can play all the way there, watch the sunset and have a meal, and you can go to Dounan to buy flowers on the way back. You can play for a whole day.

Excellent stay at the Intercontinental in Kunming. The location is near the lake and a bit further out from the city centre but taxis are convenient. Very good value with spacious and clean rooms. It's a very big hotel with great facilities, including an indoor pool, 24h gym, large garden, bar and restaurants. Service was fantastic throughout our stay, and the front desk (Xiao Fu) helped with various queries promptly and also upgraded our room at check-in. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing resort hotel just steps away from the beautiful lake! Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We had a spacious and comfortable room with a super large balcony, offering breathtaking views that made our mornings extra special. The hotel’s interior design and facilities were top-notch, exuding elegance and comfort. From the well-maintained amenities to the thoughtfully designed spaces, every detail added to the luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. But what truly set this hotel apart was the warm and friendly staff. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return in the near future! Highly recommended! 🌿✨

I was really satisfied. The hotel is very unique, simple and natural, and the surrounding environment is also very good. The owner is very enthusiastic in service. The breakfast is also very delicious. There were a lot of guests at that time, and the kitchen was a little overwhelmed, but they were still very enthusiastic and provided simple meals, noodles, rice noodles and dumplings. The whole hotel is in a large park, and the park has not been repaired yet. The hotel is very quiet. The children only complained that they didn't stay long enough and wanted to stay another day.

I decided on a whim to visit Kunming for just one day and booked this hotel upon arrival. What a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad I didn't opt for a guesthouse or similar. The environment was superb – spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer, and all the bedding and furniture looked brand new. The conditioner in the shower was excellent; my hair felt incredibly smooth afterwards, clearly not a cheap product. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even delivered complimentary tiramisu dessert to my room four times – absolutely fantastic! A fresh fruit platter with really fresh fruit was also brought to the room. Finally, at check-out, they kindly extended my check-out time until 2 PM, and I was even given local flower cakes as a souvenir when I left. If you're tired of sifting through countless options, just book this hotel without hesitation. It's newly opened, offers a fantastic environment and excellent service, plus the location is great with a large shopping mall directly opposite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

Taking advantage of a recent extended holiday, I made a spontaneous decision to bring my child to Kunming for a vacation. Since my neck pain flared up again, I decided against a busy itinerary and simply opted to relax at the hotel. I picked this hotel because I'd previously seen it advertised as a wellness-focused retreat, which perfectly suited my needs. The aromatherapy in the lobby smelled wonderful. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and thoughtfully provided children's slippers and dental kits. The items in the room are clearly meticulously designed, with the brand's logo and philosophy subtly integrated into every corner. The comfort of the towels and bedding rivals that of established five-star hotels. All the toiletries share the same lovely aromatherapy scent, which was a huge plus – I seriously wanted to buy a set to take home! In the afternoon, my child enjoyed the heated pool for two hours. With swim rings available and a lifeguard on duty, I could comfortably sit nearby, sipping on complimentary floral tea from the common area and continue working without worry. In the evening, I attended a wellness class. The sound bowl session, in particular, made me feel like my body's energy was completely resetting; I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I must commend the hotel's laundry room, which is equipped with both washing machines and dryers – it's incredibly convenient, especially for slightly longer stays. What's more, you can fill out a slip with your room number, and the staff will assist with the laundry. One evening after my wellness class, I headed to the laundry room to find my clothes already dried, neatly bagged, and placed in the clean clothes area. This level of service is something I haven't experienced in any other hotel. I joined the 7 AM yoga class, which had a small-group feel due to fewer participants. The instructor was very professional, and I felt like I was already getting great value for my stay. During my extended stay, there was a minor issue with the room type, but the front desk resolved it efficiently within five minutes. I was highly impressed by their quick and effective problem-solving abilities. The breakfast selection might not be as extensive as a five-star hotel, but the quality of the food was excellent. The various toppings for the rice noodles were particularly delicious, and the staff were very efficient at restocking and clearing tables. Returning from breakfast, I found my room had been serviced exactly as I'd requested. As a detail-oriented person, I found very little to fault with this hotel. On the contrary, I kept discovering thoughtful design elements that were pleasant surprises. The timing of the various classes was also very well-planned, which was a huge plus for me, traveling alone with my child, as it allowed me to carve out some essential 'me-time' for complete relaxation. For my next getaway, I'll definitely continue seeking out unique and characterful hotels!

The hotel has a mix of old and newly renovated rooms. The old rooms are really worn down as we were stay in the older rooms for the first night. We were upgraded to the newer ones for the second and third night thanks to the hotel management. New room are fitted with smart technology and amenities were complete in the room and all other facilities were working fine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Surrounding area is nice, especially hotel backyard with beautiful scenery from every corner of the hotel room facing a clean lake. Fantastic location within walking distance to the big Dianchi Lake & Yunan Nationalist Villages & easy access to the famous Western Hill. It was great spending 3 days there.
