I was very satisfied with my stay. The laundry room, especially with its ironing machine, allowed me to have a comfortable personal space even while traveling. The staff were friendly and responsive, patiently and thoughtfully assisting with everything from luggage handling to tourist inquiries.

The hotel environment is great, fully smart. It's also convenient to order takeout, and there are restaurants downstairs. The price isn't expensive, highly recommended. Check-out was also easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us get into the hotel when it was raining.

Spacious rooms, front desk is professional. Rooms on the second floor have terraces but some are larger than others; room 206 specifically has a smaller terrace and gets sun starting in the afternoon around 3pm. The hotel is within walking distance to Hello World (large mall about 20mins on foot). The immediate area surrounding the hotel has a lot of large trucks going in and out; it’s still an area undergoing development and not a main scenic or tourist area. However, it’s good value for the room if you get a car to and from destinations.

This is an older five-star hotel, very close to the subway station. The breakfast is abundant, and the swimming pool is also quite good. The only drawback is the inconsistency in the front desk staff's service quality. Incident 1: We arrived a day early for our conference booking, which was for room 480. We had booked online for 538, but 538 is in the annex building, while 480 is in the main building. There were available rooms in the main building that day. I asked if we could be upgraded to the main building, but the front desk said no, unless we paid an extra 100+ yuan. I was willing to pay, but then I asked if they could provide meal or laundry vouchers, which they also refused, only offering accommodation receipts. So, I had to give up and switch rooms, which was quite inconvenient. Incident 2: I called the front desk to ask for the room's Wi-Fi password. The first time, they gave me the wrong one, including the 0871 area code, and it didn't work after several attempts. I had to call a second time and speak to another person to get the correct password. Incident 3: When we were changing rooms, my colleague showed the front desk a screenshot of the QR code payment for the conference rate (room 480). However, the front desk, and even the manager, couldn't find the payment in their system. We had to pay for the room again to check in. When I returned later and showed the payment screenshot to another front desk staff member, they found it in a minute and processed the refund successfully. I really wonder what the previous front desk staff and manager were doing? So, the front desk's service quality is indeed very inconsistent, and their policy regarding room upgrades is too rigid. It really detracts from the overall experience.

The experience of staying at Meihao Lizhi Hotel is great! From the check-in at the front desk, staff 05 and Xiao Yang were very enthusiastic and professional, patiently answering my various questions, and also intimately recommended me fun places and delicious restaurants around. The room was clean and tidy, the decoration style was very suitable for me, and the facilities and equipment were very new. The bedding was comfortable. Let me relax and rest. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly, the water pressure was right, and I liked the smell of toiletries. The location of the hotel is particularly good Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of service, environment and facilities, and the price is super high! I will choose to stay here next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Seriously impressed by Manshui Residence! It's a garden villa that offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. Open the window and you're greeted by trees and fragrant flowers. The private hot spring bath was clean and so comfortable; my skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards. The location is super convenient, close to all the nearby attractions, and parking was a breeze. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was exquisite and fresh. Plus, there were free desserts and red wine in the evenings. The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive, making the whole experience fantastic. I've already recommended it to friends – if you're coming to Kunming, this is definitely the place to stay!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district, surrounded by countless restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and even proactively upgrading our room. They responded promptly to any issues we had. The room was spotless, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom had great water pressure and consistent hot water, and even the toiletries were of high quality. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a wide variety of delicious options at a great price, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
