The room was excellent, I'm very satisfied! The food was also great! Especially Rita from the front desk, she was super nice! Her efficiency was top-notch, and she patiently explained everything I didn't understand. The service was absolutely spot-on, and I had a wonderful stay. Check-in was orderly and prompt, and it was great value for money. The check-in process was simple and quick, and the thoughtful service added extra warmth to my trip.

The hotel is located near a popular restaurant area which gets pretty lively every night. The rooms was great, first floor was the toilet and living room located, on the second floor there were two bedrooms, although one room had more like a mattress on the ground so it’s more like a futon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again in this location, if I should ever visit Kunming again.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is convenient for getting around and shopping, the room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, so I slept soundly. The facilities were complete and worked well. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and both check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, it offers great value for money. It was a comfortable stay, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

Honestly, this hotel's rating is definitely underestimated. It's a traditional, established five-star hotel. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are all high-quality. The hotel also has a large parking lot and lobby, and the breakfast area is huge with a wide variety of options. I've stayed at Century Golden Resources in Chongqing, which is a renowned hotel there. I'm not sure why it seems to be perceived as lesser in Kunming; it's severely underrated. They offer free umbrella rentals, and there's a huge shopping mall nearby, making everything very convenient. The best part is that the prices didn't even go up during the May Day holiday, which is incredibly fair. The only drawback is that they are currently undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy during the day. However, we were out exploring during the day, so we mostly avoided the noise. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept very soundly at night. The breakfast and lunch on the first floor are also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming. And a quick note, nearly every staff member is remarkably good-looking, clearly a very deliberate and impressive selection of employees. It's a pleasure to behold!

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in, the hotel staff were still helpful. They offer a free late-night snack service, and the brown sugar poached eggs were surprisingly delicious. The location is excellent, with both Guandu Ancient Town and Yunnan Provincial Museum within walking distance.

The hotel environment is great, fully smart. It's also convenient to order takeout, and there are restaurants downstairs. The price isn't expensive, highly recommended. Check-out was also easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us get into the hotel when it was raining.
