It was a home stay. Room werw not much cleaned. But not smelly. Service was good. Its surrounding attraction s are amazing. Amusement park, lake view were just in walking distance

I came to Gudian to relax, and the hotel grounds are vast with a strong garden feel. Walking around and enjoying the breeze is very stress-relieving. The room was generally clean, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just the right firmness for sleeping. There were a lot of guests during the holiday, but the staff were all very polite and helpful with any issues (Clove, I assume is a name or a specific inquiry type, so I'll keep it as is). The breakfast buffet was good, offering local snacks, though I hope they could rotate the variety every couple of days. It's close to various attractions around Dianchi Lake and not far from Fuxian Lake. Overall, it's a great resort hotel, perfect for family or friends on a short trip.

The room was quite spacious and the location was very quiet, perfect for my leisurely stroll. The surroundings are very nice, very close to Dianchi Lake. You can walk to the edge of the lake, and bike rides and strolls along the greenway are very pleasant. The Laoyuchi Wetland is particularly beautiful, and it's not far from the Dounan Flower Market. The pick-up service from the high-speed rail station was also very good. The driver was very attentive and sent me a message with directions to exit the station. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a very remote residential area and it's not very convenient to take a taxi. No takeout either. For self-check-in, please ask for the password in advance. The same goes for check-out. If you don't tell us in advance, you will have to wait for a long time if you want to check-out temporarily.

The hotel service was very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Both the butler and the front desk staff were warm and professional. The suite has its own private hot spring, which is very clean and offers great privacy, allowing for two soaks. The hotel's shuttle bus can take you to the restaurant, infinity pool, and public hot spring, which is very comfortable in this weather, and the kids loved it. The highest restaurant, Cloud Top, offers à la carte dining; their stir-fried bitter greens with red beans were delicious – I've never had them prepared that way before. The breakfast buffet is also served there, and the service is great. The rice noodles were much better than the takeout we had the day before. In the evening, you can also watch the sunset near the infinity pool. Overall, this place is definitely worth staying at. I originally wanted to extend my stay for another night, but the hotel was fully booked, so I'll have to come back next time~

The hotel is the owner's own house, run by a handsome and experienced young man in his 20s. Located in Haiyan Village, you can drive right in, but other tourist vehicles are not allowed. The sunset in Haiyan Village is breathtaking (I'll upload a picture later). The Laoyu River, just steps away, is even more beautiful, with its metasequoia and bald cypress trees and the waters of Dianchi Lake creating a dreamlike world. The area boasts countless snacks, making it a truly unforgettable experience. In the evenings, the owner mixes cocktails for guests, and everyone gathers in the common area to enjoy drinks and chat, fostering closer relationships. In the mornings, the owner offers a refreshing iced Americano, waking you from sleep and making you feel right at home. Highly recommended. During our stay, there was a public toilet behind the house, which is said to be slated for demolition soon, but the room had no odor, so you can ignore it. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was fully smart, and there was plenty of hot water for washing. When we went to the Dounan Flower Market in the evening, the owner kept the door open for us – a truly warm and caring owner. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant living experience, five points are not enough to play, the service, really touched the mouse, 11:30 in the evening, who knows, rainy days at the hotel intersection saw the boss waiting for us with an umbrella. The laundry service is also not said, the clothes have not been washed, ready to go out, and explained to the boss to dry. In terms of facilities, I can really see that the boss has spent a lot of thought. Living in it feels like living at home. It is very warm. Whether it is the fish pond and flowers outside, it is really not easy to take care of. There is also the basement. It really blows up. Massage chair, mahjong chair, huge projection, free membership, Generally speaking, staying here for a day will not be boring. Other services will no longer be described, such as free fishing river, Haitang Village, authentic Yunnan rice noodles, clean and hygienic. I highly recommend everyone to live here and rest.

This is the champagne of home stays. We have been travelling for nearly a year and this has to be hands down the best experience we’ve had. Joy and the team here was absolutely wonderful. World class customer service. Among all the highlights was also the breakfast on the rooftop. Such such incredible food. I can’t talk highly enough of this place. The room itself is cosy and gorgeous with high quality finishings. We loved it here so much we spent more time in this homestay than outside. Shout out to the brothers who helped us prepare breakfast tirelessly and even helped us bike some very heavy luggage’s on our way back to grab a didi. This will be our go-to place whenever we are in Kunming.

The room is very clean, with an ancient style. I like the design of the room very much. It is warm and elegant. The front desk lady is very good. She called in advance to confirm the route. The breakfast is also delicious and rich. There is also a washing machine and dryer for washing clothes. Hanfu photo shooting is also provided. The surrounding environment is also very good. The transportation is convenient. There is a shopping mall below, which is convenient for eating and shopping. All in all, highly recommended

After comparing many hotels nearby, I finally chose this one. I was pleasantly surprised. There's a parking lot next to the hotel. The decoration is very new, the room is very clean and spacious. It's a smart room. The hotel also has an elevator, so there's no need to climb stairs. It's perfect for two girls. The most heartwarming thing is that we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the owner also shared some delicious food with me. It's awesome. I highly recommend it to my friends.
