Five-star rating, surprisingly good. The hygiene and environment were excellent, clean and tidy, and the location was great, right at the intersection of Shuguang Road and Dongfeng Road, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel lobby has a self-service luggage storage, which is incredibly convenient. You can store your luggage there after check-out, and it's free of charge. Many hotels don't offer this feature, so it really deserves a special mention. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's just a 20-minute drive to the airport, and you can walk to MixC Shopping Mall and Donghua Farmers Market. Getting to Old Street takes only about 10 minutes by taxi, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The soundproofing was much better than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and polite, always quick to help with any issues. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and the rice noodles were delicious. My stay was absolutely perfect!

My boyfriend and I chose the perfect hotel for our trip to Kunming! I just have to rave about it! 👍 The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a hundred meters from the subway station, and getting to the World Expo Garden for a walk is super fast. The airport express bus goes directly there from the airport, which is so convenient for tourists! 🥳 Right from check-in, the little details impressed me. The front desk lady not only processed everything quickly but also offered us some refreshing iced fruit tea. Once we entered our room, opening the window revealed the lush greenery of the Spring City, and since it's May, the air was pleasantly cool – the breeze was so comfortable. The bedding was just the right firmness; after a day of sightseeing, I just collapsed into bed and fell asleep. The bathroom was spotless, even in the corners, and the toiletries had a fresh, pleasant scent. Breakfast offered a huge variety, and the freshly cooked 'small pot rice noodles' were incredibly delicious – you could taste the true flavor of the Spring City in every bite. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastically recommended local spots that locals frequent, helping us avoid a lot of tourist traps. It's truly hard to find another hotel with such great value for money and thoughtful touches everywhere! Next time I come to Kunming, I'll definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit! 👏

We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and the room service was great; they even provided extra water for us and left a thoughtful note! Every evening, they delivered a complimentary goodnight dessert to our room, which was a lovely touch! Our package included a fruit plate and a stocked mini-bar. When we reported an issue with the telephone line after checking in, it was resolved very quickly. There are free drinks and coffee available in the lobby. The breakfast variety was just average, with not many options. Overall, everything else was very good. We requested a quiet room, and although we were assigned one near the road, it was fine once the window was closed.

I had some concerns after reading negative reviews before booking, but I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in those reviews once I checked in. Service: I checked in very late, but the front desk staff's attitude was excellent—warm and patient. They made me feel right at home. Environment: The hotel has an elegant atmosphere and a prime location with convenient transportation. If I transit through Kunming again next year when visiting Yunnan, I will definitely stay here again. The rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious.

During my trip to Kunming, I stayed at the Gongxili Xijian Hotel the entire time, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is located in the bustling city center, and stepping inside immediately transports you to an elegant New Chinese-style garden courtyard, with white walls, corridors, and beautifully arranged landscape pools. The on-site swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer, and you can even borrow Hanfu traditional clothing for free to take photos, capturing stunning traditional Chinese-style scenery. The guest rooms were impeccably clean and bright, with soft and skin-friendly bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, quick to respond to any requests. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, Kunming Railway Station, and the MixC commercial area, making it super easy to get around, go shopping, or catch a train. Combining beautiful scenery, thoughtful service, and a prime location, it offers incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the Spring City.

First, the pros: The hotel is close to the train station, about a 15-20 minute taxi ride. Second, there's a night market right downstairs, making dining very convenient. Third, the hotel environment is quite good. The second floor has a gym and a laundry room with three LG washing machines and dryers. Now for the cons: Why are the staff chasing after good reviews?! At checkout, the front desk asked for a good review, and I said okay. But, we were on vacation, so reviews aren't always immediate. Why did they specifically call in the afternoon to ask for a good review? I'm so speechless. You provide basic services; you didn't upgrade my room or offer complimentary breakfast. Whether or not I leave a good review, or when I leave it, should be up to me, right? Why call specifically for it? And they called the number we left at the front desk... Is the purpose of leaving a phone number at the front desk just so you can ask for good reviews?

Five stars out of five! The room is simply yet elegantly decorated, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering a fantastic view. The entire apartment is clean and tidy, the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, the smart toilet is a great feature, and it even comes with a washing machine – incredibly practical. The bedding is comfortable and easy to sleep in, the environment is quiet and relaxing, the amenities are complete, and the attention to detail is excellent. A truly comfortable stay, convenient for travel, and outstanding value for money – highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel is very new, and getting it for around 600 during the peak summer holiday season is incredible value for money! It shares a gym, pool, and Chinese restaurant with the Shangri-La next door, which costs 2500. Service: There's a doorman to open doors and help with luggage, truly a five-star setup. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Kunming.
