The environment is first-class and the lobby is very beautiful. It is a contrast to the old neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean, the mattress was moderately soft and firm, and I had a good sleep. I hope there can be coffee on the first floor, otherwise, the outdoor courtyard will be a little less interesting.

Their parking was super convenient with plenty of spaces, which was a huge plus since we went during peak season and other hotels were vague about availability. The room was spacious, on a high floor, and had a great view—loved it! Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked noodles, delicious broth, and a self-service topping bar. Very satisfied; this will definitely be my top choice if I visit Kunming again.

The bathroom was incredibly dark at night with the lights on. There was a karaoke bar next door that played music all night, and people were talking loudly in the hallway at 2 or 3 AM. The soundproofing was terrible. The room was also very poorly lit; you had to keep the lights on all day, and even then, they weren't bright—it was extremely dim. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking this room. I don't know if it's just my room type or if all the rooms are like this, but the soundproofing was so bad that I didn't fall asleep until almost 4 AM.

The best hotel in this 10-day trip. The hotel is very easy to find. Just walk out of the subway station, exit D, turn left a little bit and look at the road on the opposite side, you will see the yellow hotel sign. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to customers. Traveling from Kaili to the hotel at 7 am. I said that I traveled by train all night, can I check in now? She said okay, upgraded the room to a large room. The room is very clean. Complete equipment. Convenient transportation. At night, there is a barbecue restaurant opposite the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. If anyone comes to visit Kunming, I recommend it.

My overall stay was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for business. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient with both check-in and check-out. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is my second stay at Manxin. I stayed at their Nanjing branch last year and had a great experience, so I chose Manxin again for my trip to Kunming. This hotel is really excellent. The lobby is spacious, with two fresh bouquets of lilies filling the air with a natural floral scent, not perfume. The service is exceptional; as soon as we stepped out of the car, the front desk staff immediately came to help us with our luggage and brought it to our room. The room itself is clean, tidy, and quite large, with a spacious bathroom that has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very diligent, replacing and replenishing supplies daily. Bottled water is conveniently placed in the stairwells, so you can just grab one when you head out. The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk have excellent service attitudes; they're always ready to answer any questions and even helped my husband and me plan our routes, setting everything up on our phones so we could just open and use it. We're very grateful to them. When we left, they even saw us off to our car. The hotel breakfast is also great, with bread, milk, eggs, freshly ground coffee, pastries, nearly ten hot dishes, steamed buns, dumplings, sweet potatoes, corn, and even noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and fruit. The hotel's location is also very good. Turn right when you exit, and there's a small street full of snacks. Go a bit further, and you'll find a market with everything you could need, especially a lot of fruit. Across from the market is a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross the intersection, there's a large shopping mall with two floors (4th and 5th) dedicated entirely to food. The rotating hotpot on the upper floor is quite unique. When traveling, a clean place to stay, enjoyable food, and attentive service are key, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. I took many photos, but unfortunately, this old lady doesn't know how to send them.

The environment is quite nice, the service is good, the breakfast selection is quite extensive, and the transportation is convenient. I've stayed here many times, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is uniquely located within an expo park right next to the World Expo site, which is quite rare. The environment is exceptionally quiet and comfortable, completely free from street noise, allowing both my parents and children to rest wonderfully. I saw online that it was a newly opened hotel and was initially a bit worried, but there was absolutely no strange odor, so we felt very at ease staying here. Shopping is also very convenient nearby, with a commercial street and a mall not far away. It's quite easy to take my parents and children to the Safari Park and the World Expo from here. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They helped us with a late check-out and even have a dedicated homework room for kids, which is fantastic for families traveling with children. It solved the problem of the room being too dim for my child to do homework or crafts. We were a bit rushed this time so we couldn't participate in the activities, but we'll definitely try to next time. A special thanks to the hotel butler; their service was excellent and they were very patient with the kids.

The most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.
