The location, service, and breakfast were all good. The front desk was very thoughtful and even gave us fruit and a toy for the child. The room type was a bit compact. I didn't quite understand the design where the toilet was directly connected to the room without any partition. Someone could be using the toilet right next to the sink. Both the shower and the toilet area really should have partitions. Also, for a Fairfield by Marriott hotel, the elevators are incredibly unreliable and disappointing. There are only two, and one is constantly out of order and takes forever to fix. Going up and down was a real pain.

The best hotel in this 10-day trip. The hotel is very easy to find. Just walk out of the subway station, exit D, turn left a little bit and look at the road on the opposite side, you will see the yellow hotel sign. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to customers. Traveling from Kaili to the hotel at 7 am. I said that I traveled by train all night, can I check in now? She said okay, upgraded the room to a large room. The room is very clean. Complete equipment. Convenient transportation. At night, there is a barbecue restaurant opposite the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. If anyone comes to visit Kunming, I recommend it.

My companions and I were all extremely satisfied with this stay. The 'posu bao' (flaky pastry bun) was a particular highlight, everyone raved about it! My colleague kept saying you provide 'angelic service.' I love every staff member here; they are attentive and thoughtful, and you can truly feel the genuine kindness radiating from them. Just now, the cleaning lady passed by and gave me an angelic smile, even though she could have easily ignored me while I was engrossed in my computer. This 'hidden gem in the city' that you meticulously maintain allowed us to feel incredibly relaxed. Whether it was the private hot spring, the calligraphy practice, or simply reading in the tearoom with the cat while listening to the rain, it all brought immense relaxation to our minds and bodies. Thank you for taking care of us these past few days. It was a truly wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back! Service: 100%! Familial service; the staff here truly see every individual guest.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They helped us with a late check-out and even have a dedicated homework room for kids, which is fantastic for families traveling with children. It solved the problem of the room being too dim for my child to do homework or crafts. We were a bit rushed this time so we couldn't participate in the activities, but we'll definitely try to next time. A special thanks to the hotel butler; their service was excellent and they were very patient with the kids.

Facilities: This is a new hotel with very modern facilities. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast spread is exceptionally good. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is top-notch. I stayed for several days, and it felt consistently clean and hygienic. There's a dedicated person cleaning daily, the towels are good quality, and the shower pressure is excellent. Environment: The environment is quiet, which I think is its main selling point. It's set back from the main street, but taxis can still easily access it, which is very convenient. Service: All the staff here have excellent attitudes!

This is my second stay at Manxin. I stayed at their Nanjing branch last year and had a great experience, so I chose Manxin again for my trip to Kunming. This hotel is really excellent. The lobby is spacious, with two fresh bouquets of lilies filling the air with a natural floral scent, not perfume. The service is exceptional; as soon as we stepped out of the car, the front desk staff immediately came to help us with our luggage and brought it to our room. The room itself is clean, tidy, and quite large, with a spacious bathroom that has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very diligent, replacing and replenishing supplies daily. Bottled water is conveniently placed in the stairwells, so you can just grab one when you head out. The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk have excellent service attitudes; they're always ready to answer any questions and even helped my husband and me plan our routes, setting everything up on our phones so we could just open and use it. We're very grateful to them. When we left, they even saw us off to our car. The hotel breakfast is also great, with bread, milk, eggs, freshly ground coffee, pastries, nearly ten hot dishes, steamed buns, dumplings, sweet potatoes, corn, and even noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and fruit. The hotel's location is also very good. Turn right when you exit, and there's a small street full of snacks. Go a bit further, and you'll find a market with everything you could need, especially a lot of fruit. Across from the market is a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross the intersection, there's a large shopping mall with two floors (4th and 5th) dedicated entirely to food. The rotating hotpot on the upper floor is quite unique. When traveling, a clean place to stay, enjoyable food, and attentive service are key, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. I took many photos, but unfortunately, this old lady doesn't know how to send them.

The front desk lady is very welcoming. The facilities and equipment are pretty good compared to the surrounding areas. The room is also very clean. It is not noisy next to the KTV and is relatively convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

This stay was great! Hotel location is very good, convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sleep was very solid. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the response was very fast. Health is in place, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high. The overall stay is very comfortable, I will choose this next time I come, I recommend everyone to stay! There is a manager Li at the front desk who is very caring and the service is very good.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the World Expo Park, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff are warm and welcoming, especially Xiao Dong at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Family trip, second stay within six months. The quality remains consistently good and it offers great value for money. As someone who's particular about cleanliness, I was impressed that even behind the bedside cabinets, everything was thoroughly cleaned with no dust – really excellent. The breakfast is also good. For those driving, there's really no need to stay in the city center; this location is very convenient.
