The hotel is located in the city center, just a five-minute walk from the subway, surrounded by numerous shopping districts and restaurants. The room is spacious and bright at 40 square meters, but the soundproofing is slightly weak, with noticeable noise in the hallway. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business and leisure travel.

The service and staff were indeed very good. However, to be honest, the location isn't great, and the parking lot is a bit far. As for hygiene, I found a long hair under the pillow. Being facing the street, it was quite noisy, so we had to keep the windows and doors tightly shut, making it feel like an internal window. All rooms were charged as twin rooms, but my friend's room had a balcony and a fridge. This really felt like blatant discrimination, and don't tell me it's because others booked earlier; I booked even sooner! The pastries and juice in the lobby were a nice touch, and the breakfast rice noodles were a plus. But there was absolutely nowhere to put anything in the room... It felt so bare.

The front desk is friendly and attentive, responding to requests promptly and answering all questions. The overall management is standardized and the value for money is excellent, making it a trustworthy choice for business trips or short stays. It's been rainy recently, and my clothes got wet, so the hotel has a dryer that quickly dried them. Washing clothes is convenient, and they provide laundry detergent, disinfectant, and softener. Umbrellas can also be borrowed at the front desk, which is great.

My stay at this Atour Hotel was great! There's a dedicated parking lot right at the hotel entrance, so parking is super convenient and free. They also have a 24-hour laundry room and a gym. The breakfast spread was fantastic, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. It's also really close to the subway station. Overall, a wonderful experience, and the front desk service was excellent! The facilities are complete, the room is clean, the front desk and cleaning staff are very warm and polite, and the location is also convenient for transportation. It takes about 10 minutes from the hotel to Linyuqiao subway station. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and patient, and the service is very good. I am quite satisfied.

The young lady in charge of management is very enthusiastic, check in is fast, and will recommend local food and play routes. There is a snack street downstairs early, eating early, buying drinks is very convenient, pet friendly, it is very convenient to bring a cat to stay, the price is full, next time you come to Kunming, you will still live here!
