The service and staff were indeed very good. However, to be honest, the location isn't great, and the parking lot is a bit far. As for hygiene, I found a long hair under the pillow. Being facing the street, it was quite noisy, so we had to keep the windows and doors tightly shut, making it feel like an internal window. All rooms were charged as twin rooms, but my friend's room had a balcony and a fridge. This really felt like blatant discrimination, and don't tell me it's because others booked earlier; I booked even sooner! The pastries and juice in the lobby were a nice touch, and the breakfast rice noodles were a plus. But there was absolutely nowhere to put anything in the room... It felt so bare.

It's been rainy recently, and my clothes got wet, so the hotel has a dryer that quickly dried them. Washing clothes is convenient, and they provide laundry detergent, disinfectant, and softener. Umbrellas can also be borrowed at the front desk, which is great.

My stay at this Atour Hotel was great! There's a dedicated parking lot right at the hotel entrance, so parking is super convenient and free. They also have a 24-hour laundry room and a gym. The breakfast spread was fantastic, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. It's also really close to the subway station. Overall, a wonderful experience, and the front desk service was excellent! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The hotel room is quite large, with a wide view and a decent environment. The facilities are complete, the room is clean, the front desk and cleaning staff are very warm and polite, and the location is also convenient for transportation. It takes about 10 minutes from the hotel to Linyuqiao subway station. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and patient, and the service is very good. I am quite satisfied.

The facilities are excellent, and the hotel room is spacious. With two large 1.8-meter beds in a suite, it was very comfortable for our family. The hotel is right by the subway entrance, an excellent location. You're there as soon as you exit the subway, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options downstairs. We could also catch a movie at the cinema nearby in the evening, and just a few dozen meters away was Jianshi Food Street, bustling with late-night snacks. The room price was incredibly good value. Highly recommended!

I love this location! It’s very close to a subway station. There’s a fun walking street right there. I chose this room because it looked newer but it’s not. The bathroom is new but it doesn’t have a door. The shower has a door so I like that. But I’ll be choosing the cheapest room next time. For me this wasn’t worth the extra money. It might be worth it to others. The staff is very helpful!👍😊

I spent three days comparing several hotels to find my satisfaction. As soon as I entered the door and saw the sun shining on the sofa, I knew I didn't choose the wrong one! I booked 5 nights with my mother. The cleaning aunt cleaned us every day. The mattress was very comfortable to sleep. The room was very quiet, soundproofed, and all aspects were very satisfactory. And downstairs was the business district and the subway station. There was a Yunnan grandmother's food downstairs. It was delicious and cheap. This trip to Kunming was so beautiful, drinking milk tea and sunbathing snacks with my mother at the window! The front desk lady is very gentle and very good ～ Finally, I hope the store can tell me what brand of hanging ear coffee in the room is. It is so fragrant. I like it very much.

If you take the subway to the hotel, it is inconvenient, but there is no problem in taking a taxi. The room is big enough to sleep four people. My favorite is the electric blanket, very warm. The equipment in the room is relatively simple, and the price is not bad. There is a small village near the hotel, the whole street is full of restaurants, there are all kinds of dumplings, Sichuan cuisine, barbecue and so on.
