Hotels in Railway Station Area, Kunming

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

This hotel is simply unique. first of all the decor is beautiful, traditional chinese with a modern twist. The staff are extremely attentive and always helpful. They helped with any queries very quickly, attended to our laundry requests very quickly and never fails to serve up an awesome breakfast. OMG the breakfast - beats any 5 star hotel hands down. the simplicity and ”home cooked” food is stunning. Then attention they put into it is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable too - but because it is in a old building the walls are not too thick. I love the location. it is not in the central shopping and eating area but it is only about a 5 to 7 mins walk away. Around the hotel there is also plenty of good food. Highly recommended. I will be back.

The hotel is well located and allowed us to make our way within 10 mins to the Kunming train station. However we find the bed too firm for us. Didn't have breakfast at the restaurant but staff accommodated our request to pack some food for our trip early morning out of Kunming. Napping street and old Kunming old street are worth a visit. We had walked from Wen Lin street through the Jade lake to the old street. I highly recommend this walk, lovely!

We had 4 pax and the Hollywood room had a US King size bed and sofa bed to sleep comfortably. Room is spacious as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Laundry room available for free. Huge mall opposite the hotel which host a wide variety of restaurants. Will stay again if in Kunming.

Amazing hotel! Room is huge and the mattress is really confortable. Very nice hotel and clean. Local breakfast spread and its good. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Its only 10mins walk to the kunming railway station

This is the fourth hotel I stayed in during my trip to Yunnan. The hotel’s newly renovated facilities and configuration are very new. The room type and facilities are very reasonable and the configuration is complete. The whole house can be controlled by intelligent voice. The rain output is large and it is very easy to use. There is also a direct water dispenser. Very good, I want to drink hot water and no longer worry about hygiene. The hotel is convenient to take a taxi on the street. It is 300 meters away from the subway. You can also see shared bicycles around the door. The old street is nearby. It is convenient to eat. There are also large shopping malls. Take a taxi to Nanqiang Pedestrian Street for about 9 yuan. Although the hotel is on the main road, it is still quiet at night. The waiter has a good attitude. The front desk can provide small objects like nail clippers. When you go out, you can help with your luggage and take the initiative to introduce the surrounding food. This price is recommended

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.

I took two pictures to give a good review. It is very clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment are also very new. My friends are also very satisfied. I didn't notice that breakfast was not included when I booked the room. I told the front desk lady and she gave us breakfast. I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. There are many varieties (I came here after reading the reviews that the breakfast is good). The location is also good. We went to the street behind for dinner and were very satisfied.

Booked the hotel very last minute but still good price to pay for a huge room. They just opened in May 2024 so all facilities are new n good. Very very friendly staff at counter who helped me order food as I dun have a local number to place order. Missed the free afternoon tea by 20mins when checked in . They have a cute robot which send food up. Will want to come back if I still want to return to Kunming again after the disappointing experience with booked driver of our own

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk lady was very nice and pretty. She upgraded the room. The hotel is in a good location. There is a subway downstairs, and the transportation is very convenient. The room facilities are very good. The room is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. Everything is relatively complete. There is a free laundry place on the third floor of the hotel. There is also a gym with complete equipment! The service is very good and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and is in the form of a buffet. There are more than ten kinds of dishes and they are delicious! A very satisfactory stay experience! Looking forward to the next stay!
