Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service from Manager Sarah We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel in Kunming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and access halal food options — perfect for Muslim travellers. A special mention goes to Manager Sarah, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating, especially when we requested a late checkout extension. Her warm hospitality truly made our experience stand out. The laundry area was a great bonus — convenient and well-maintained. While the lift was a bit slow and some renovations were still ongoing (as it's a relatively new hotel), the service and care we received, particularly from Sarah, more than made up for it. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a very good experience with Babymoon Hotel. Situated in 金马碧鸡坊, the location of the place is very central to 南屏步行街. Although the location may seem far from the metro, it is very convenient if you didi around. There is a short rocky path - little experience of the how the old town is like, but rest assured that it is quite manageable with luggages. I really appreciate all of the assistance and patience rendered by the team - from getting my parcel from one month before my date of stay, to sending parcels within the country, and being patient when we decided to cancel their airport service because we couldn't wait any longer, all of these acts of service made our stay so enjoyable. Within the room, you can see the nice little touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although the room may not be the most spacious, the extra bottles of water to keep you hydrated, extra hair ties, tea and coffee for you to enjoy in your room were all nice touches. Overall, I am deeply touched by the team's effort in making our stay so enjoyable. Great effort!

The room is very beautiful, decorated in red and black tones. The room is large and has a beautiful view. The equipment is complete. There is an impressive breakfast and welcome fruit. The hotel is convenient to travel to various tourist attractions. The staff is very good. We are impressed and highly recommended. For anyone looking for a stylish hotel near tourist attractions.

1 night stay at spacious 2 double beds room. Each bed can fit 2 medium sized adults. 2 beds fit 4 adults. 30mins smooth ride from Kunming Changshui International Airport. Centrally located. Huge clean beautiful hotel. Reach hotel abt 9am and hotel reception was very kind and helpful. Staff can converse simple English. I was lucky they allow early check in. Wifi strength in hotel is low so you will need to have prep your own data arrangement from ur country. Tv channels are limited to chinese programmes. No netflix. Room view is city and the surrounding building light up at night. Night view is nice. We left the window open as outside air is more cooling. Its december and temp is mostly 10deg and below. Generally no bidets in toilets in China. No halal food in hotel. But just 20mins walk along Nanping Pedestrian street you can find halal food at the muslim community near Shuncheng street. Theres also an acient mosque called Shuncheng Mosque. PreBook trip.com airport transfer at 50sgd. Big 6 seater mpv. Driver assigned was professional and very punctual. Hassle free and highly recomend.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful, thanks to the top-notch service and warm hospitality. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was peaceful. The room was clean, but what truly stood out were the thoughtful extras from the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond—providing a foot bath, silk pillowcase, and even tidy up my toiletries. They were incredibly observant, noticing we had finished all the bottled water and gave extra without us asking! They even cleaned the dust off our luggage, such attention to detail! This level of care and dedication made our stay truly special. Kudos to the amazing team, I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in/out front desk staff, breakfast restaurant staff and housekeeper services are excellent. Strongly recommended hotel to stay in Kunming. Can take subway line 6 straight from airport and alight at Chajie station and just short walk across the road intersection to hotel. Nice street view from Room 1010, provided you are not bother with a bit of traffic noise.

The location of the hotel is superb, with the pedestrian street just downstairs. It's very convenient to go anywhere. It was very good to eat, drink and have fun. Because we came with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. The hotel sent someone to pick us up from the parking lot and take our luggage to the room. The point is that our flight was at 7pm, so we checked out late, and the front desk extended it to 4pm, which was very considerate. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and simple, items are easy to use, and the TV is large and comfortable to watch. The service staff is warm and thoughtful.

I stay at the hotel with premier family suite , the room is very spacious and clean , inside the room have balcony. the hotel is near kunming railways ,if we ride didi arround 9-10 yuan. Very convenient.. if you type like quite this hotel is the right choise . helpful staff , i told the staff my flight was night , the staff give me extend two hour from checkout time. Highly recommended!! thank you and will come back again for sure ..

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.

The location is great, close to the city center. The room itself is okay, but the air conditioning stopped working at midnight. I called the front desk, and at first, the staff member asked me to reset it. She told me the air conditioning should be set to heater mode only (it was already getting hot at the end of May), so I reset it, and it worked for about 10 minutes before turning off again. I called the front desk again, and she agreed to come check. When she arrived, she tried a few buttons and claimed the air conditioning was working, but it was obviously unresponsive, no matter what she pressed. There was no sound. I asked her, ”Are you sure it's working? There's no sound, and without the AC, the room is becoming unbearable.” Eventually, she admitted it wasn't working and told me there was nothing she could do and asked me to sleep without AC. At this point, I raised my eyebrow and asked, ”You want me to sleep in this room with no AC and no fan?” Only then did she agree to bring a fan to my room. It was around 1 or 2 a.m. by that time. To make matters worse, she blamed me for the AC malfunction, saying it was because I set it to cooling mode initially. While I understand she might not have been able to fix the AC, her response was quite unacceptable.
