Great location, with two food streets nearby that are lively at night. Surrounded by many shopping malls. Sufficient space to put two huge luggages and still walk around with ease. There’s a free supper buffet available (porridge), and drinks available all the time. Bed was a little hard but you get two pillow choices. If you’re a light sleeper just know that this is a very lively area so the sounds of cars can still be heard around midnight. Nonetheless the location trumps all!

The staff are very accommodating. Our flight at 1:00am but check in was at 14:00 and we were very late. The staff were really friendly and efficient with the checking in process. The 2 receptionist spoke English. The room is spacious with great amenities and Dyson hair dryer. Water and rose moon cakes were provided on upon our welcome. The AC is great, the shower water pressure is amazing. The bed is comfy and the pillows are to great. The breakfast is good and the best part is that it’s open from 7:30am -12midday. I couldn’t believe it myself! The food is good with a range of rice porridge, fresh fruit, noodles, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, youtiao (dough stick bread), vegetables, cereal and a range of desserts. They have a selection of coffee, tea and juices. There’s also a self service laundry area and open roof top area with a pool.

We really like this hotel, excellent hotel & excellent staffs. the staffs were really helpful, and very nice. They gave free upgrades to our room. They allowed us to keep our luggages after check out because our flight is at night and rewarded us with late check out. The location is very convenient located downtown near shopping malls & lots of halal restaurants for muslim. The metro station is just outside the hotel. The room itself was really clean and well-maintained. Definitely will stay here again in future. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friend on my Instagram!

I have to tell you the truth. First of all, the location. From the convenience point of view, the opposite is the bustling New Southwest Square, but the hotel is surrounded by very old houses. It should be a renovation. The hotel has retained the stairs of the old houses, which is quite tasteful. Then there are the facilities (including the area, which I put in the general category of facilities). I booked a double bed room. Maybe the area of ​​double bed rooms is not very good. It is 28 square meters. There is only a bed and a table when you enter, which is a bit cramped. To be honest, I was attracted by Jo Malone's toiletries, which is true, but there is no body lotion. Then there are the curtains, which are not carefully installed, which is a big reason why I want to complain about this hotel. The curtains have no wrapping feeling, so the light can completely penetrate from both sides. It cannot be used as ”transparent”, but it shines directly in, which is very unfriendly for people with poor sleep quality. Yes, the toilet will also be light-transmissive; the sound insulation is not good, someone set off firecrackers in the morning and woke me up; then there is this bed, the mattress is relatively hard, I am probably not used to it. There is also the breakfast that has been commented on a lot, which is delicious, so that's it. The service is good, and the waiter's attitude is very good.

The room is spacious enough, and the computer can play games smoothly. There are many types of games. If you don't have any games, you can contact the front desk to help download them. The experience is great. The front desk is also very enthusiastic and will introduce the facilities in the room. The one-button door opening is a blessing for lazy people. You don't have to get up to open the door. The room is also very clean. I highly recommend it ~

My stay was absolutely wonderful. For a short 2 night stay at this charming establishment, everything went smooth as silk. Before check-in, there is a phone call to inform the parking lot address, and after arriving at the store, hot tea is delivered and the room type is upgraded (although it was not informed at check-in, I found it after I moved in). But there are two suggestions: 1. Since good night oat milk is provided, it is recommended that guests who have not checked in at a certain time in the evening can contact to confirm whether the guests need to provide it, and reserve it in advance. 2. It is obvious that the guests have drunk alcohol before arriving at the store. It is recommended to be more discerning and prepare honey lemon tea for them directly, instead of standardized ordinary welcome hot tea. This detail should be the difference between Atour and other international chain hotels, but it is not done. Environment: Located opposite the popular Yuantong Temple, it is a good choice for those who love to burn incense. The upgraded room has a courtyard, and the environment is better. But the sound insulation is not good. At 6:30, the neighbor started to use water and open the courtyard door. The noise was very loud and I was woken up, which was very unpleasant. Facilities: The bedding is really very comfortable. The bed is large, with moderate hardness and softness. It is not too soft to cause deep sinking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are many styles of pillows, the bedding fabric is firm and soft, and the skin feels good. The overall feeling is better than most international five-star hotels. This is a big thumbs up! The facilities in the room basically meet the requirements. It would be better if two cotton pads could be added to the care set. There is no parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is a big deduction. After parking the car, you have to drag your luggage for about four or five minutes, and you have to cross the road. It is very inconvenient, which is a big deduction, enough to cause you not to choose this hotel next time.

The location is very good to find, the homestay housekeeper sent the check-in guide in advance, the housekeeper was waiting downstairs when we arrived at the homestay, helping us with our luggage, the homestay is large in size, can cook, the decoration is also very luxurious, there is also a place to drink tea, the hygiene is also very clean, The experience of staying in is very good, especially at night, soaking in the bathtub and watching the night view outside the window, the whole person is relaxed, and really achieves the ”possibility of exploring and living in a city”. As a city homestay, it is really unique compared to a five-star hotel!
