Overall, I am very satisfied. The environment is simple and elegant, which is my favorite type. The service is good, but what is missing is the prompt response from the WeChat butler. The facilities are also very good and the rooms are large. It is a new hotel after all! Takeaways will also be delivered to the room. Quite close to the subway and shopping malls. The cleaning aunt in the hotel also has a very good attitude. Since I go out a little late every day, the cleaning aunt will wait outside the door before going in to clean the room. It is very heartwarming! I will still choose this hotel next time and my stay is very comfortable.

Having just opened in January, all the facilities are perfect, brand new, and state-of-the-art. I stayed in what they call a 'Smart Deluxe Twin Room,' and I was truly impressed the moment I walked in! It turned out to be a suite with two distinct sections: an inner room with two beds and an outer area with a sofa bed. This setup was absolutely perfect for our family of four, allowing us to have our own space and not disturb each other. The living area featured a mini-fridge and a sink, which was incredibly convenient as we didn't have to step into the bathroom just to wash our hands. Plus, the curtains could be easily controlled with a button right by the bedside. The room was spotlessly clean, and honestly, everything was just perfect.

The hotel is in an ideal location—it’s only a 5-minute walk to Jinxing station. Tongde Kunming Plaza (TKP), a large shopping center with a wide variety of dining options, is only one stop away. There’s a convenience store located just across from the hotel as well. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I really like the furnishing of the room. It was modern, clean, and spacious. The bed is very comfortable too.

Review: I've traveled extensively across China on business, and my overall experience with Wyndham Hotels has been disappointing. 1. The newly renovated hotel has a fairly large room, but the decor is quite smelly. I felt uncomfortable checking in on my first day. I called the front desk to inquire about an air purifier, a standard feature in star-rated hotels. They couldn't understand me (my first time). After several changes, the front desk staff couldn't understand what the customer was asking for. Basic training is needed. Air purifiers are essential for new hotels. 2. I wanted to get a water bill when I checked out. The front desk staff need training! One of them, probably new, had limited communication and comprehension skills, couldn't understand me (my second time), and didn't know how to operate the system. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a single bill. Even after changing staff, they still had to make changes multiple times, and each time, there were errors printed out for me to review. Doesn't Wyndham franchise have a standard training process or template? It's truly baffling! 3. Actually, many hotels across the country offer a 2:00 PM check-out time, but they can negotiate a later time if necessary. When I called the front desk, they were like robots...why bother calling to confirm? They kept saying there'd be a 200 RMB overtime charge! The location isn't great either, there's construction going on nearby at night, and the staff... well... Apologizing for poor service won't change the bad experience! Focus more on pre-job training and attention to detail!

No regret for the stat at this hotel. Staff is helpful, room is big. Breakfast is nice and many food choosable. Hotel near the city.

The charging cable was kicked by other guests, and the hotel actively helped to deal with the problem. The hotel did not find the guest who kicked my cable, and the hotel also took the initiative to compensate.

Three sweet front desk ladies warmly welcomed me and specially arranged a room in a quiet area for me to ensure that I could enjoy a peaceful night. They not only pushed the luggage in person, but also guided me to the room and introduced the facilities in the room in detail. Their warm smiles and thoughtful service made this stay worth the money. After returning to the room, I found that the table was filled with carefully prepared desserts and snacks, which made people feel particularly warm and truly felt at home. The next morning, when I enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, the rich dishes and delicious food were eye-catching. The decoration of the restaurant is also unique. While tasting the food and appreciating the restaurant design with my partner, we also curiously discussed the identity of the investor and learned that he was an authentic Yunnanese.
