The hotel was situated in a artsy and cool area where there are a few hipster bars around the corner. It’s near convenience stores and 700m away from a big mall where you can get a lot of things. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were decent. I would stay here again.

Traveling with our children, we specifically opted for a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel apartment is centrally located with easy subway access, and large shopping malls are within walking distance. Service was excellent, and there's even a rooftop pool, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it. The only minor issue was the washing machine's dryer function. We'd hoped to quickly dry our clothes, but even a small load took a frustrating 5-6 hours.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Wanda Plaza, with comprehensive amenities nearby including shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's also conveniently close to Dianchi Lake, providing beautiful lake views, and offers easy access to Kunming Changshui International Airport and Kunming Railway Station. The lobby boasts luxurious decor with soaring high ceilings and opulent chandeliers, creating an upscale and grand ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious, featuring plush, comfortable bedding. Each room comes equipped with oversized panoramic windows and a standalone bathtub, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable stay. Service is exceptionally attentive, with warm and considerate staff. From the bell desk to the front desk and room service, all requests are met with prompt and efficient responses.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were really friendly and genuinely assisted us during the stay eventho i didnt speak the language and mostly use google translate 😂 The room was very spacious and there’s bed on the ground floor, perfect for my parents. The location was great, it was next to novotel hotel. There were 7/11 and good food nearby. Love it ! Thankyou ❤️

As a local in Kunming, I occasionally enjoy a hotel staycation to relax. This time, I booked a deluxe suite which came with executive lounge access. This included breakfast, afternoon tea, and even a light French dinner in the evening, so all our dining needs were conveniently met at the hotel. Unfortunately, we had a minor issue with our room during this stay: no hot water! We reported it to the duty manager, Amy, who responded incredibly promptly. An engineer arrived quickly to resolve the problem. Amy even sent up a complimentary bottle of white wine, which really helped to smooth over the initial inconvenience. While a hotel approaching its tenth anniversary might naturally show some signs of age in its facilities, the exceptional service here more than compensates for any minor shortcomings.

After checking in, I immediately understood why this hotel receives so many glowing reviews. I rarely leave feedback, but this place absolutely deserves one! The value for money is truly outstanding. The hotel itself is stylish and immaculately clean, and the staff's service is impeccable. Both the mattress and shower head are excellent. What truly impressed me, though, was their laundry service – you simply hand your clothes to the front desk, and they return them washed, dried, and perfectly folded. This is a level of convenience I've never experienced at any other hotel. The location is also fantastic. Nestled in a residential area, there are numerous affordable eateries and even a local fresh produce market within walking distance. Maitreya Park is also very close by, perfect for a refreshing morning or evening stroll. It's simply an ideal setup. The only minor area for improvement would be the power outlets; there are too few, and some are quite difficult to plug into. I later stayed at a hotel in Chenggong for a night at a similar price point, and the difference in quality was absolutely massive.

The hotel is in a good location, with fruit shops, restaurants and South Asian Style City nearby. The service is very good. They will help with drying after washing. They are very considerate. The room is clean and the service staff are enthusiastic and super warm!

The room was really satisfactory. The details were well done. Especially the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were traveling with two families. Hotel selection is very important. This hotel is trustworthy. (One more thing to explain is that we are tourists from Xinjiang. The front desk staff insisted on asking us about our next itinerary. Where did we come from and where did we go? Don’t Xinjiang people belong to the People’s Republic of China?) Guests from other places don’t ask at all. This is different treatment.

I highly recommend this hotel! The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the warm welcome by the staff at check-in to the thoughtfully prepared amenities in the room. The room was bright with a great view, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The laundry service deserves special mention; not only were clothes cleaned thoroughly, but even delicate items were handled with great care. The service was also incredibly efficient, offering same-day pick-up, which truly eliminated any travel worries. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

The experience of staying at Songpin Hotel this time was far beyond my expectations! The first moment I stepped into the hotel, I was shocked by the majestic lobby design. The high-ceilinged space with exquisite decorations showed a luxurious style. The independent villas are even more eye-catching. The high-end and atmospheric appearance and highly private design perfectly interpret the true meaning of quality travel. The hotel's service is even more commendable! From the layout of the guest rooms to the detailed services, you can feel the professionalism and care. I would like to especially thank the lobby manager Guo, whose enthusiasm and thoughtfulness ran through my entire stay. Whether it is travel suggestions, demand coordination, or daily greetings, they are all meticulous and make me feel warm. Ding Ding, Xiao Fan's service is also very considerate. This stay experience is perfect. Whether it is the environment, facilities or services, it is impeccable. It is definitely the first choice for business travel and leisure vacation! Next time, I will choose Songpin Hotel without hesitation!
