Hotels in First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University/Pan Jia Wan, Kunming

It was my first time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. 20 to 25th August 2024. Every time I come to Kunming I stay at Sofitel Hotel but I will change my mind in future. I was pleasantly surprised that the this hotel service was very good. 1, warm welcome from the front desk receptionist, quick check-in and check-out. 2, the room staff is professional and smiling. 3. The warm service of the restaurant staff. @Amazingly, the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and lunch, which are very rich and nutritious. All hotel staff are very warm every day,makes me feel at home. I’m sure I will choice again this hotel when I have business trip in Kunming.

The environment is very clean, the room is well decorated, and the sleep is very comfortable. It is next to Kunming Old Street. I really recommend this hotel to those who like shopping and eating snacks. The service attitude is as good as always. If you have any questions, call the hotel front desk and they will respond quickly. They will deal with your problems very quickly. The efficiency is very high. I am very satisfied! The environment is elegant, the transportation is convenient, the cost-effectiveness is high, the location is good, the price is affordable, the service is warm and very clean. I will come again next time!

Location: Very close to Kunming Old Street, it is a popular check-in spot when you go out, and it is not far from Cuihu Park. Environment: The hotel is very large and literary. There are pianos and guitars in the courtyard, and guests can play and chat freely. The room is very good, with dry and wet separation, Xiaodu is very smart, and disposable toiletries are complete, clean and hygienic. Service: The front desk service attitude is very good. After our consultation, they recommended the rice noodles that our locals love to eat. Sure enough, the taste is much better than Kunming Old Street. The front desk provides free ice cream and beverage coffee, which is great.

位置好，附近有翠湖、講武堂，西南聯大，步行即可達。酒店離潘家灣地鐵站C口最近，下車出站後沿着人民西路過西昌路不遠就到。早餐米粉做的可以，其他簡單幾樣，整體屬於平均水平吧。 需要寄汽罐、帶打火爐頭的，可以選擇人民西路100號菜鳥驛站，酒店衹代收順豐，對了，其他快遞千萬別用申通，我的物品寄了6天才到驛站，害我後邊路過昆明時再進城取件。

I gave a bad review for this service. On the first day of check-in, they said there were no coffee beans, and on the second day, there were still no coffee beans. The coffee machine was just a decoration! On the 18th, I told the front desk that I wanted to stay an extra night, and the front desk made a note to reserve a room for me. However, they didn't reserve a room for me on the 19th, so they temporarily took a taxi to move me to a nearby chain hotel. The air conditioning in the nearby hotel was broken, and the decoration was outdated, which seriously affected my mood!

This time I stayed at the James Joyce Hotel in Kunming, which left a deep impression on me. In terms of hygiene, the hotel did a great job. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was no odor in the bathroom. It can be seen that the hotel's cleaning staff was very attentive, which made people feel particularly at ease. In terms of environment, the hotel's decoration style is simple and generous, giving people a very comfortable feeling. In terms of service facilities, the hotel staff is very warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful and proactive. The hotel also provides free breakfast, which is rich in variety and tastes very good. In general, the hotel's sanitary environment and service facilities are very good, and it is a hotel worth recommending. If you come to Kunming next time, you might consider staying in this hotel.

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :) About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location. My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights ! Enjoy !

The service at this hotel was outstanding, very smooth and courteous from check-in to check-out. On arrival we were warmly greeted with a welcome fruit tea and made to feel right at home. The hotel has lifts for easy access to all floors. The room we stayed in was very clean and carefully cleaned. In addition, the room's temperature adjustment system is also very comfortable, allowing us to freely adjust the room temperature to adapt to indoor and outdoor climate changes. The shower head in the bathroom has strong water pressure and the water temperature is easy to control and stable, making the bathing experience very comfortable and enjoyable. We originally planned to participate in the afternoon tea time provided by the hotel, but we had to go out temporarily. However, the hotel's room service was very considerate and delivered afternoon tea to our room when we returned so that we would not miss this wonderful experience. Bottled water is available in the lobby, which was very convenient for us. The check out process was also very smooth and the hotel also gave us some small gifts that made us feel warm and grateful when we left. Overall, the service and facilities at this hotel are excellent. We were impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff and were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

環境好服務好，值得推薦這次來昆明住的電競酒店位置超棒，就在西壩路，離市中心很近，出行超方便，周邊好吃，好玩的也多，房間裏電腦設備高，玩熱門遊戲一點不卡頓，和朋友開黑超爽，酒店環境乾淨整潔。工作人員服務態度很好，有需求都能及時響應，床很舒服，玩累了倒頭就睡，推薦給來昆明，想玩遊戲又想住的便利的小夥伴。
