A very satisfying stay, absolutely excellent value for money. The front desk was incredibly attentive, offering a free room upgrade and accommodating our requests multiple times. They also gave us a lovely flower cake and, seeing how many things we had, several shopping bags. The room was fully equipped and clean, with a projection screen for movies, a Dyson hairdryer, and a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. There's so much to offer! It was truly wonderful! Furthermore, for the small room fee, they even created a dedicated group chat for me, so I could just ask for anything. It was incredibly convenient. It's a three-minute walk from Kunming's largest market, Zhuanxin Market, and a fifteen-minute drive from Kunming Station. This is the first time I've written so many reviews for a hotel. The service was truly exceptional; even five-star hotels couldn't match yours. It truly enriched our Kunming trip and earned unanimous praise from my family!

Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! First off, the service was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The front desk handled everything swiftly and even proactively offered a room upgrade. The housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous every day, ensuring even the vanity was free of water stains – the attention to detail in cleanliness was superb. As for the facilities, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. It was fully equipped with modern amenities such as a smart toilet, high-speed WiFi, and an HD TV. The shower had excellent water pressure and a consistently stable temperature, contributing to a truly comfortable experience. Lastly, the location is fantastic. A subway station is just a few hundred meters' walk away, offering easy access to major attractions and shopping districts. Plus, there are numerous dining choices in the vicinity. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and the internet speed was pretty good. The location is very good, the transportation is very convenient, parking is also convenient, and the bus station is opposite the hotel. The price of the room is also very affordable, the stay is very comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, the service attitude is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the cleaning staff is very enthusiastic. There is a flowing river in front of the hotel, with beautiful scenery, large three-dimensional windows, and blue sky and white clouds outside the window. The main entrance is very convenient and close to tourist attractions. Thanks to Ctrip for recommending it. This is a regular hotel with good value for money.

Everything else was fine, but the cleaning was terrible. It wasn't clean a single day during my stay. Also, the blankets and towels should have been replaced. The pictures below show the condition after cleaning. That bag wasn't thrown away for three days; even though I threw it on the trash can one day, it was still taken out and placed next to it. The front desk service was very good.

good wifi. meh hair dryer. shower temperature was usually too hot or not hot enough, but it was fine. the first room they gave me, the window did not fully close. a man came to my room and told me there would not be much street noise. there was. he also said the refrigerator worked. it did not. eventually, i got help from a nicer woman who switched me to a new room that didn't have any problems. laundry room was good.

You can go to the Shuncheng business circle Nanping Pedestrian Street in a few minutes. The front desk service is warm and professional, and the check-in is very fast. Staying at Spring City Star Hotel feels very warm, the service is responsive, and the free breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious, giving people a homely feeling. Although the lobby is under renovation, it does not affect access. In addition to the restaurant, there is a self-service kitchen and a self-service laundry room on the third floor. The location here is excellent, with Daguan Commercial Street downstairs, where all kinds of restaurants, snacks, fruits and convenience stores are available. The best choice for visiting Kunming👍

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
