We had a great stay at this hotel, where we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room, thanks to the kind receptionist. The room was equipped with smart home features, adding a modern touch to our stay. There’s also a convenient and affordable fruit stall right across the hotel, perfect for a quick snack, and calling for a Didi was easy with the hotel’s prime location. Additionally, housekeeping made sure everything was consistently restocked, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout our stay.
Well located about 5 mins walk from Exit B of Chaoxingulou metro station ( just turn right, round the corner). Better to use the lift at exit B, then turn right and walk a few minutes. Hotel has 28 floors. Daily change of towels, bottled water, tea and coffee. Breakfast was simple Chinese buffet but OK to fill you. Comfortable room, good air Cond, toiletries, towels etc. Reasonable price. Good service, happy with my stay.
The location is very good to find, the homestay housekeeper sent the check-in guide in advance, the housekeeper was waiting downstairs when we arrived at the homestay, helping us with our luggage, the homestay is large in size, can cook, the decoration is also very luxurious, there is also a place to drink tea, the hygiene is also very clean, The experience of staying in is very good, especially at night, soaking in the bathtub and watching the night view outside the window, the whole person is relaxed, and really achieves the ”possibility of exploring and living in a city”. As a city homestay, it is really unique compared to a five-star hotel!

Hotel just opened in 2024, very new, clean, bright and comfortable suite room. Not too big, but not squeezy, just nice size for family of 4. Front desk girl in night shift is very friendly and helpful with ordering MeiTuan for us, and the front desk girl in the day gave good advise and tips on where to go for sightseeing etc.
Breakfast spread is decent. Overall, still a very comfortable stay.
A treasure hotel that I came across by chance, I will stay here again next time!!
Facilities: The gate is not big, but the layout of the front desk is thoughtful. The front desk and the corridor area of the room will make you feel that it is worth the money. The rooftop garden on the 6th floor is highly recommended. It is really great to have a cup of coffee and take a break in the afternoon. The scenery is beautiful.
Hygiene: Overall good, no explosive points, the windows are large and the ventilation is ok, the afternoon sunlight shines into the room is also very healing, and the hot water is really big!
Environment: In this price range, I think the environment is already worth it, the room bedding is good, moderately soft and hard and clean.
Service: The front desk feedback is serious and patient, and various preferential policies will be introduced one by one, which is very good👍
Experience a super good stay! I saw this hotel online and it had very good reviews. I booked it without hesitation. The surrounding environment is very quiet. There are convenience stores, snacks, and vegetable markets. The fruits in the market are very cheap. They are all locals, and there is no exorbitant price! It is also very close to the old street by taxi, and the transportation is convenient!
Facilities: very new
Hygiene: clean
Environment: quiet
Service: thoughtful
The room is big enough, the equipment is a bit old, clean and hygienic, but the wash basin is too high. I am a 165cm tall woman, and I have to raise my hands to wash my hands and face. The water will flow to my elbows, wet my clothes and sleeves, which is inconvenient. Is it designed for people over 180cm tall? Suggest some improvements.
The hotel is well-equipped and is about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. There are alleys with rice noodles, barbecue and food stalls nearby. The hotel integrates food, drink and entertainment, and has a KTV floor. Please choose carefully if you have high requirements for sleep quality at night. The room design is warm, and the so-called window room is no different from a windowless room. The service attitude is good, the service awareness is in place, and fruits and snacks are given as gifts. The breakfast variety is large and the taste is OK.
The hotel looks OK. You can buy Bawang Cha Ji and Cha Bai Dao across the street. The hotel room walls are not very beautiful but it is still ok to stay. There is a washing machine for washing clothes. The breakfast is still good. If you want to go to the scenic spots, it is recommended to take a car, after all, it is still a distance to Kunming Old Street.
This hotel is at the intersection of Renmin Road and Baita Road. It has a good location. The train station and the subway are one stop away. The hotel is not far from the Jiaosanqiao subway station. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk. I was full on the way back, so I chose to walk to the train station to digest the food. I pushed the suitcase and walked for 13 minutes.
There are many bus stops near the hotel, and there are direct buses to many attractions. We went to Yan'an Hospital this time, and this hotel is just across the Yan'an Hospital, very close. There are also hotels above Yan'an Hospital. During holidays, Home Inn is twice as expensive, and breakfast is not included. I think it is more convenient to have breakfast, so I chose Home Inn. It was a good choice. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. The pictures are all taken in the breakfast restaurant. To be honest, the bowl of noodles at Home Inn won me over. Hahaha. Although the hotel is in the city center, the room I stayed in was very quiet and comfortable. There is also free laundry and drying for clothes, which is very convenient and clean. The service attitude is also very good, very real and enthusiastic. There are various snack bars downstairs of the hotel, and the food in Hang Lung Plaza not far away is more diverse, which is really very convenient.

Perfect
GGuest UserThe tangible cleanliness, the tranquility at night (going out during the day 🤭), the warm service and the perfection in details, everything exceeded my expectations. The beautiful receptionist went downstairs to the lobby to pick me up, and then sent me to the room, and gently and patiently introduced the use of all the facilities in the room and the surrounding restaurants and shopping malls. The room is large. In addition to all the equipment that an apartment hotel should have, such as a washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, humidifier, heater and toiletries, the hotel is also considerately equipped with soap, washing powder, warm treasure stickers, data cables of different models, and two soft persimmons every day 😋. Except that the surrounding bus stops, especially the subway station, are a bit far away, I, who have obsessive-compulsive disorder and cleanliness, can't find fault with this experience. The staff who communicated with me on WeChat every day were very polite and enthusiastic, and responded to my requests promptly and effectively. If I come to Kunming again, I will still choose to live here, and I will also recommend my friends to live here.
GGuest UserA very satisfying stay. I had looked at many hotels before, but they were all the same and old-fashioned. I suddenly thought of looking at famous hotels, and found this one. Before entering the room, I was still wondering if it had a place, but I was amazed when I opened the door. The decoration style and style of the room are what my children and I like! There is also a large projection TV that my children like the most! I am very satisfied with the stay for a few days! I will continue to come to your house next time I have the opportunity
GGuest UserThe bed is very comfortable. The only pillow I am satisfied with during this trip to Yunnan and Guizhou. I have high requirements for pillows. It is too high and too soft for me. I am not used to it and it is difficult to fall asleep. Fortunately, the height of the pillow here is OK for me, whether it is soft or hard. It's very clean and close to where you want to go. Except for the Botanical Garden, Dounan and the Provincial Museum, which are a bit far away, other places are about a dozen yuan, especially close to Donghua and Zuanxin Market. It's a motorcycle-friendly city. . Why did I have to stay in Kunming for ten and a half days when I came to this city, so leisurely and comfortable.
The room was very clean, no pictures were taken, and there was a big bouquet of roses.
JJan‘nworldThe location was great. We could walk in one minute from the northern railway station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
The room was clean and very comfortable for two people. We had all the necessities we needed and wanted. The staff was very kind and the checkin was easy.
ZZealliuHygiene: As expected, but the floor becomes dusty after walking on it for a while
Environment: Satisfactory, 3 minutes away from Chuanjin Road subway station, but the hotel is close to the main road and is noisy.
Service: It's OK, but they couldn't properly arrange the guest's request of not facing the road. As a result, when I entered the room, the window was facing the road. Then I reported it to the counter service, and they said that the room was not facing the road because I checked in too early and other rooms were not ready yet.
There was also no razor left. I was disappointed that my request was not met.
Facilities: OK, but the soundproofing needs to be improved. The window can't be closed properly, so the noise can't be well blocked. Fortunately, I was really tired that day, but there were traffic horns, and I woke up and fell asleep repeatedly, and I couldn't rest well.
