A walking distance from the shopping area, but hotel is clean and room was spacious. Even allowed us to check out at a later time as our flight was at night.

we had an excellent stay here. bed and pillows are comfy. room is clean. amenities are new. has laundry room with dryer. the metro station jiaosanqiao exit c is right by the doorstep, with upward escalator. has convenience store / fruit stalls nearby. shortcomings- limited restaurants nearby.

Very new and clean hotel with great service. They even have a washing machine and dryer, and helped me collect my parcel. Really enjoyed my stay!

Very satisfied. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was attentive and efficient. It was a lovely touch that they even provided small toys for children in the twin room.

Like a miniature Atour. I primarily chose this hotel for its unbeatable location. It's literally just 75 steps (no exaggeration!) from Exit C of Jiaosanqiao Metro Station, offering incredibly easy access to the airport and major commercial centers. What truly thrilled me was the vibrant local market right outside the hotel; it's well-stocked and very affordable. I picked up some great fruit, and there's a stall inside that sells absolutely delicious shredded chicken – a strong recommendation! Just a short right turn away, you'll also find a Jianshui Water Bamboo Shoot Rice Noodle shop; their water bamboo shoots and mushroom caps are definitely a must-try. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They kindly upgraded my room and allowed a late check-out, which I sincerely appreciate. The facilities are comprehensive; although the room wasn't particularly spacious, it had everything necessary. Rooms facing the residential area are exceptionally quiet at night. Complimentary tea and snacks are provided. The shower stall is roomy with excellent water pressure and drainage, and the toiletries were very pleasant to use. While the toilet featured smart flushing, I was slightly disappointed it didn't include a bidet function. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any friends planning a visit to Kunming.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel a few days ago. Upon returning from Dali, I decided to book a few more nights here. It was my first time experiencing Atour Qingju, and I'm very satisfied. This has definitely become a new go-to option for me.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Right downstairs, there's a small market perfect for picking up fresh fruit, and the subway station is just a stone's throw away. While the rooms aren't huge, they are very well-equipped with all the essentials. The absolute best feature is the laundry room. If it gets busy, you can simply leave a note, and the staff will kindly do your laundry overnight. This service is incredibly convenient for travelers like us!

They even gifted us flower pastries upon check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Breakfast was very generous, and the late-night supper was also excellent. The service was genuinely great. A huge thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond; they even helped me carry my luggage down at the subway station entrance, which unfortunately didn't have a downward escalator! **Cons:** It was a slight inconvenience to only have one key card for two people in the room. The duvet felt a bit too warm, but then switching on the air conditioning made the room too cold. The wardrobe was on the smaller side. My room, facing the main road, could be quite noisy; on nights I wasn't completely exhausted, I definitely needed earplugs to get to sleep.

Location: Extremely close to the subway station, less than a minute's walk away. Service: The service is attentive and responsive to guest needs.
