This is the family room. Your only authorized 3 guests inside the room otherwise they will charge an additional fee per guest with no extra sleeping arrangements. 1. The booking was easy. 2. once we arrived (family of 3 (1 adult 2 kids)) we checked in staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us water and offered to assist us with our bags. 3. Went to elevators only to notice elevators are the smallest ones ever, 3 people 3 bags (carry-on) max. 5 options 6 floors (we stayed on floor 6), stairs to get to the 6th floor. 4. Entered room extremely warm, (but kinda expected that, it's toasty here). Got kids settled. As you can see from the photos this room has like a home vibe, clean floors, appliances such as, flat hot stove, kettle, fridge w/freezer built in, great water pressure, bathroom has all glass doors but NO WORRIES you can see in. *futon does not fold out. But sleeps nicely still. UPSTAIRS the bed was very comfy the air conditioner did its best the back patio door has poor lining which causes heat to come enter. PATIO nice to just sit out and enjoy a cup or coffee and see what going on. I would stay again if I reserved this room.

Worst ever motel I ever been to. Room is dirty and not as advertised in photo. Supposed to be a smoke free room but room smelled of cigarettes and tons of cigarette butts at the balcony. Reception was not help and rude. Upon checking out, we checked there was no damages and dirtied bedsheets but reception insisted we pay for bedsheets cleaning which was not done by our family. Will never visit again!

Great location in a quiet alley. Close enough to Bụi Viện to walk (4mín) and far enough not to hear the noise. Lots of eatery options closeby, many opening quite late. Great Banhmi place 5 mín walk at Grandma Lũ Banhmi. Young staffers do a great job preparing the Banhmi. Ễxcellent finished product. The hotel rốm are ẻta large bút many tôm types makes selection complicating.

Bad hotel, worst emotions, absolutely scam. Dirty, ruined rooms. Cockroaches everywhere, staff does not speak English. Total deception. Never go this place again, please ban this hotel everywhere because they scam all costumers and do everything to get money , but don't give service

Very bad experience when arriving at this hotel at 23:00 at night after a long flight from Europe. The room we booked months in advance was given away and we got the message the hotel was fully booked. The man at reception helped us find a different hotel .. but this was not the hotel we booked and in the end we payed more for a very basic room. Can’t judge the other facilities and room quality of this hotel, but this was definitely not what we planned for. Reason btw was that we didn’t respond to messages about our arrival time. Thats because we were flying… and: booking = booking!

Bad attitude, I don't know if I'm from Hanoi so the culture is different or not, but when I got home I was quite surprised by the attitude of the hotel. I had booked a room on booking with confirmation but when I checked in at 11am they said the room was cancelled and the hotel was full. I was quite surprised and asked why, they said it was busy now, the hotel needed to do business so they didn't keep the room for the guests. The attitude was terrible, and they even tried to tease the guests a few more sentences. Anyway, it was lucky they cancelled the room because if I had stayed there I probably wouldn't have been able to stay.
