"The overall service was good — check-in and check-out were both seamless. However, what really dropped the ball during my stay was discovering that there was no service lift. There was a wedding taking place that day, and the event crew used the guest lift to transport items, leaving them inside. As a result, guests had to squeeze into the same lift just to get to their rooms. Additionally, I noticed a lot of flies during check-out, which was quite unpleasant. On a positive note, the room was clean and spacious for one person. However, it was lacking some basic amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, and tissue."

"The location has parking slaces and nearby to Lotus and other commercial shops. Easy to find food but still quiet enough for resting."

"Just an ordinary hotel room, quite small, very basic amenities. No designated parking lots, have to park anywhere possible, dont forget to pay the parking fee if you dont want to get fined by MPKK. Near to shopping Mall, Mc D..just walking distance."

"i had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. It came with all the basic amenities, including a kettle, plates, mug, soap dish, and even an induction cooker, perfect for a longer stay. The price was very affordable, and they even allow extensions at a reasonable RM20 per hour. My only suggestion is for the hotel to provide umbrellas. During my check-out, it was pouring rain, and since I was heading to the airport before dropping off my rental car, I had no choice but to walk in the rain as there were no umbrellas available to borrow."
