"We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport."

"Location not bad, Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it . Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided. The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked."

"Pros: was flexible in letting us check in super late as they do have a 24 hour manned reception. The hotel has multiple floors and had lift access which was great. Unfortunately everything else went downhill after that.  The room was clean on the surface but was actually quite dusty as I developed rhinitis afterwards. Whilst the water pressure was great, the toilet itself appeared run down. The most disappointing part was that we were denied the request for an extra towel because we were checking out that day? Never experienced this with other hotels before. Mind you, we requested this as we had a toddler. Was really let down by this, unlikely will visit again."

"Located in Kulai, a convenient 10-minute Grab ride from Johor Bahru Airport. I used this as a transit hotel. I arranged a late check in via WhatsApp, which was smooth. The dorm room was clean. A/C worked well. The reception didn't know the wifi password on the floor I stayed, so I had to use it on the reception. Eating options were abundant and very close by even at late night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at N45 and would recommend it."
