"We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport."
"The location is very good, the price is reasonable, the staff is also very friendly, and the room type is good. The hygiene is a little poor, the ceiling of the room is a bit moldy, and the corners are not cleaned properly, and there is dust and cobwebs."
"Location not bad,
Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it .
Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided.
The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked."
"Pros: was flexible in letting us check in super late as they do have a 24 hour manned reception. The hotel has multiple floors and had lift access which was great. Unfortunately everything else went downhill after that.
The room was clean on the surface but was actually quite dusty as I developed rhinitis afterwards. Whilst the water pressure was great, the toilet itself appeared run down. The most disappointing part was that we were denied the request for an extra towel because we were checking out that day? Never experienced this with other hotels before. Mind you, we requested this as we had a toddler. Was really let down by this, unlikely will visit again."
"Clean , convenient near cheap food store that open until late ,some cafes ,shop around ,highly recommend to stay here but far from JB sentral .good to explore if never go before ."
"Located in Kulai, a convenient 10-minute Grab ride from Johor Bahru Airport. I used this as a transit hotel. I arranged a late check in via WhatsApp, which was smooth. The dorm room was clean. A/C worked well. The reception didn't know the wifi password on the floor I stayed, so I had to use it on the reception. Eating options were abundant and very close by even at late night.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at N45 and would recommend it."

SSwanTanRoom size is big, but ... i felt uncomfortable once noticed that our room window is towards the graveyard (坟场), since nowadays Chinese guest is celebrating their Chinese New Year, the staff should avoid arrange those room which facing graveyard to those chinese guest. However We do not mind to stay in such room type in normal hour.
KkidbackGood place to catch you morning flight at JHB airport with cheap and affordable price. The hotel also got freezer, locker if you opt for dorm. The WiFi quite fast and got two shared bathroom. Surrounded by mall and restaurant, do not worry if your stomach make noise.
VVincent_ONGThe hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and within walking distance of the Kulai temporary train station, IOI Mall, and AEON shopping center. It’s also conveniently located along the main road leading to Kulai Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is situated in a cozy and quiet area. I’ll definitely return in the future!

ZzzzaaaCame here for exam, didn't know the hotel is an Esport hotel so we got 3 gamestations in our room & my kids been playing all night 😆 anyway very convenient place, walking distance to airport just nice for quick stay
AAnonymous UserRoom price considering higher than other hotels. The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.
OowThe room is adequate. Our family has a queen-sized bed and a king-sized bed. It is on the third floor and overlooks the main road and a small cemetery in the distance. The third floor is accessible by stairs from the second floor which is the highest level served by the lift. The hotel is within walking distance to a Lotus hypermarket, a convenience store and a family pub. A halal eatery is on its ground floor. Coffeeshops serving simple fare are on the same row. The hotel appears to be undergoing an upgrade at this time. Note that the room did not come with a fridge and the air-conditioning was just ample despite setting it at a low temperature.
JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.
AAzmalSmall room, enough for a night stay. Air conditioning is good and got window view overlooking the parking lot. Most importantly, this hotel is just minutes away from the Senai International Airport.
EEvelynRoom floor was oily. No customer service attitude. Counter took their time to attend to customers. No night life around the area. They provide water coolers. Old hotel but nice design. Not much plugs in each room.
