"Can see the cleaners hard at work to keep the place sparkling clean, though the bedsheet seems abit yellowish and towel railings rusty. Maybe time to upgrade fittings. They have a sitting area where u can grt free drinks (milo, coffee etc) from dispenser machine."

"I stayed for one night at Impiana Hotel Senai in their twin room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept — perfect for a short stay near the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows gave good support for a restful sleep. Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciated their quick service after a long day of travelling. Facilities-wise, the hotel is well-equipped with a pool, gym, and even a small kids’ area, although I didn’t get to use them. The location is also a huge plus — it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient."

"Never expect the room is so comfortable🤩 strongly recommend, the room is clean ,large super single bed ,toilet spacious and clean also. Hot water and aircon function well 👍🏼 friendly front desk staff, hotel do provide drinking water. Will book again for my next business trip. 👍🏼"

"Doesnt provide disposable room slippers, hair dryer is super outdated & not working after 1minute of using, need to follow the trend abit to provude slightly better-at least working hairdryer. Location wise is just right opp of Senai airport which is convenient if catching a flight. Bed is comfy but bedsheet & comforter is very old. Its fine cos i use my own disposable bedsheet. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a simple & quick brkfast before catching a flight."

"Customer service very nice but the aircond really not good been set timer auto close every two hours, and there is no fan no window. Got request to fix, fix third time still same so those four night i stay wake up every 2 hours and take out the room card and restart whole things ! Bc very hot cant tahan!"
