Location is amazing and the pool and gym are great. Very luxurious however Check in service was chaotic and the wait for the lifts can be long and WiFi did not work in the room. And our room was very very small

The best area to stay. But room is dual key apartment. Space is good but cleanliness can be improve. 1 Flying cockroach in the living room. Overall will stay again cause the place is wonderful with nice views

Rakib is friendly and able to accommodate my request. Overall the stay is fine and satisfied; other than there were some spider webs on the cabinets; sound proof is not really good but expected for a share unit next door. Would recommend to the others.

It was not so good .. location was good but it’s fully packed and lift waiting almost 10-10 minutes.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. The service here was unprofessional and slow. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I was checking in. To make matters worse, the elevator was incredibly slow—waiting times felt endless, and it became a daily frustration. For a facility that serves many people, this is unacceptable and points to poor maintenance or management oversight. Overall, I expected much better and won’t be returning or recommending this place until serious improvements are made.

Everything is great! Only the lift waiting time, sometimes a bit long and it’s always full.

Residence location strategic Easy access to pavilion, lot 10 and bukit bintang area just walking distance Cleanliness of the room need to improve The floor so sticky and smell The furnitre, table so dusty Otherwise the residence is conditon, that you need to face if you come here, long waiting time to wait for the lift, super crowded lobby Give some tips, pls contact the owner before you park your car inside the building coz they will gives parking pass, if not you will have to pay the carpark beforehand.

Overall the hotel was pretty good but I found ants and cockroaches inside and outside the room. Which was unpleasant. Even though I did complain about it but nothing happened.

The location is great, easy access to TRX and Pavilion (like 5mins walk). The lift in the building is slow and the card sensor sometimes doesn't work and you didn't notified, been a few times travelling up to 40+ floor and down to G floor because the lift doesn't registered your floor. The title said KL Tower view, but the room I get is TRX view, and I actually prefer TRX view too. :)
