Excellent room, clean well kept and maintained. Food and drink expensive. No fridge unless you upgrade. Would we recommend - Yes - was a great experience.

I enjoy my stay in the hotel but I don’t know why I still haven’t got my $300 deposit back after I checked out on time and it has been 2 weeks ago.

Stayed here for just under a week. Tower room was nice, very spacious and comfy bed. Unfortunately hairdryer was broken and there is no fridge in the room which is quite inconvenient! Cleanliness could be better as well, a lot of dust behind tables and hair in the shower drain - bit gross! A big issue for me is that all the water in the hotel had chlorine in it- very strong smell when using the bath and shower. The chlorine bleached my hair of its colour and also left my skin really dry and irritated. All the staff were lovely.

I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special. From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!👌👍🫶💖❤️

The room is huge and comfortable for stay

Location was great, hotel room were nice and clean. Housekeeping were very kind. When I went into ***** it was totally different the staff were rude seem miserable.

Did the job, decent walk to the lifts and across the hotel's amenities. Rooms are large but don't come with international plugs so bring an adaptor if coming from abroad.

Great room in a unique building! It was a great stay for us since we were going to Allegiant Stadium and other places close by. Definitely recommend!

One of the worst hotels we’ve been visited.Super old rooms,everything is broken,smells bad.Wi fi cost $,parking cost $.Elevators super old.This hotel needs a renovation.It looks nice only on the pictures and from outside.

Customer service was great and friendly, the hotel was clean. Check in and check out was easy-peasy!

Stayed in the pyramid room. The room was clean. There is free tram service to Madalay Bay and Excalibur. Pool was not open in Nov. Overall we enjoyes the stay

Don’t expect any amenities from the hotel and everything is chargeable from kettle refrigerator Slow WiFi and not so warm heater And the hotel was generous with the disposable plastic cups
