A snow storm hit the weekend I came to Boston. The concierge service was a delightful help and very informative.

Everything was really perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Especially beds were comforable.

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room/view were beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere. The restaurant's environment and service are great. The room's cleanliness is a little lacking, and the previous guest's long hair can be seen under the basin and floor mat.

Very good hotel, with a great location and convenient transportation. There is a small river in front of the hotel and a museum next to it, which is the best choice for a walk. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. I stayed there for another two years and traveled in Boston in depth. The hotel breakfast is very rich, highly recommended 👍

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and sanitary. The hotel environment is elegant and unique, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The hotel is located in the central business district, clean and comfortable. Very close to South Station. Walking distance to Chinatown. The hotel staff are quite friendly.

The hotel is in a good location and has a nice view outside. It's about 30 minutes' walk from Newbury Street. The room is nice and spacious, and the decoration is relatively new, similar to the InterContinental in China, but the room is smaller than that in China, because the view outside the window of this room type is not very good, and the house opposite is a bit depressing, so the room type is very important. I feel that the attitude of the front desk is not very good. I wanted to upgrade the room, but the front desk guy was so slow that I couldn't stand it. He didn't seem very willing to help me upgrade the room.

Overall it's good, but the city's fire station is opposite the hotel, and there are often fire trucks coming in and out, which is quite noisy.

It was my first time in Boston. I really liked this peaceful and quiet city. The hotel is conveniently located and there are many places to visit nearby. The hotel staff is friendly and warm. I will continue to stay here in the future!

When I checked in, I asked if I could get a room with a city view. The guy at the front desk smiled and said that the room I booked could not be viewed. I received the room card and went into the room. It was quite spacious and the bathroom was big enough. But there was a buzzing noise. I checked and noticed that there was an ice machine next door. It turned out to be the sound. I went straight to a person at the counter and told him about the situation. He immediately accompanied me upstairs to check. Originally, he said that the ice machine could be turned off, but after consulting, he said that the ice would melt into water and overflow. But there were no vacancies. He gave me earplugs but I refused. He said to see if there were any reservations that night but did not come. I said I would wait. As a result, I waited for more than half an hour. I guess before 12 o'clock, I called to say that someone had cancelled. He came up with the room card and changed the room. It was much quieter. I wrote down his name: ******, the front desk manager of InterContinental Hotel. I can only say that I was lucky. If no one had cancelled the reservation that night, I would be in trouble.

Except that it is a little old, I am quite satisfied with other things and will come again.
