The garden wing is the best! We stayed 3D2N at the garden wing and everything are fabulous. The room is big and clean. The pool and the chilling bar just on doorstep. As for the restaurant is on the Ocean side so we have to use the free shuttle van to go there but it's not a problem at all. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious, with incredibly soft and comfortable beds. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The swimming pool is also great and kept very clean. The hotel has two buildings: one beachfront and one set back from the beach, but they provide a constant shuttle service between them. It's suitable for everyone – families, friends, and couples. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights, using it as a convenient stopover between Bangkok and Koh Chang. We had a room with a sea view. Please note when booking that the hotel is split into two separate buildings, essentially operating as two distinct hotels, located about a 10-minute walk apart. **What we liked:** - A diverse breakfast spread - Our excellent, newly renovated room - We enjoyed the hotel's spa facilities - Numerous restaurants and a 7/11 convenience store are just a 5-minute walk away **What we didn't like:** - The sea: The entry was rocky, and the sand wasn't as pleasant compared to the beaches on Thailand's islands. - The aging pool by the beach had chipped tiles in several spots. - The on-site restaurant was quite expensive.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was well-maintained and I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed in villa room 2110. Upon entering, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool, and the room had a pleasant, spa-like aroma. It was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for the three of us. Overall, we were extremely impressed. My only minor criticism concerns the glass shower door. It's quite translucent, which made us feel a bit exposed. Additionally, the rubber seal on the door wasn't watertight, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. There are two accommodation wings: choose the Ocean Wing if you prefer a beachfront stay. For those staying on the non-beachfront side, there's a complimentary shuttle to take you to relax by the sea. The main drawback of the beachfront wing is the limited parking; you'll likely need to park on the other side and then take the hotel shuttle. Despite this, the ocean side offers a truly amazing atmosphere with a super glamorous vibe, perfect for capturing photos.

The room was quite nice – spacious, with a high-floor ocean view, and adequately clean. The main issue was with the jacuzzi in the pool area; I couldn't get it to work on my own. I had to contact the staff three times before they finally sent a technician to activate it. Overall, the management definitely needs further improvement.

The hotel is split into two sections that are quite spread out, requiring a 500-600 meter drive to get from one to the other. The high-rise section boasts newer facilities and rooms! However, the hotel does not have its own private beach. The seafood restaurants just outside the hotel serve tasty dishes, though they are not cheap!

This was our second stay at this hotel, as our first experience was excellent and encouraged us to return. However, we were unaware that the hotel had expanded with a new area located approximately 500 meters from the original buildings, making it inconvenient to walk between the two zones. We booked the same hotel but ended up in the wrong building. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly labeled this new area with a distinct name, such as "New Building," rather than "Garden Wing," which caused some confusion as we previously stayed in the original garden zone. The hotel is now much larger, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short this time, as we noticed some stains on the blanket and towels. We chose not to raise the issue as we wanted a hassle-free stay. The location is not ideal for visiting nearby attractions like coffee shops but is conveniently close to a 7-11. While we appreciate certain aspects of the hotel, we might not return for a third visit and would prefer staying in the ocean zone instead.

Mercure is a five star resort and has great breakfast buffet. Swimming pool is huge and but has a small fitness room that is ok if not crowded. The restaurant on top had excellent food, nice atmosphere but a little pricey. Again we experienced a smell from construction going on that put a damper on our visit especially since we rented a premium room at a premium price, seems like everyone is remodeling today.

Good location. It would be better if the hotel can separate the booking link between two buildings cus it makes customer misunderstood from their expectation.

Nice hotel and peaceful, I love it soooo much I love the room, big space and comfy bed! Sure I will be back here ＜3
