The 4th bedroom has external access or access through the 3rd bedroom and contains a single bed with separate trundle bed if required. The living and dining room adjoin each other, both with polished timber floors and modern country décor. A slow combustion fireplace is available for heating and ambiance, complimented by a split system air-conditioning unit if required. The spacious country kitchen is north facing and has plenty of room for meal preparation, with electric oven, cooktop and dishwasher. The updated bathroom contains a shower, vanity and toilet, while a second toilet is available within the home.The cottage is positioned on a rise and overlooks the valley below, providing spectacular views.
