"we have visited this hotel twice. The rooms offer breath taking view of the sea and the hotel ambience only adds to the beauty. The staff are super friendly and they were very accomodative of our requests during both our visits. I need to specially mention the GM of the hotel, he was very generous and supportive to my family and provided us with rooms right next to each other. also, the food is mind blowing."

"Took the location in connection with a family function. The location of the property is very much accessible. The room was very spacious and comfy. The cuisines available with the in-house restaurant were also excellent and budget friendly. We have room with view to back waters which was also so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. Would highly recommend all seasons for a budget friendly and wonderful stay."

If you are looking for a safe and cosy place that is not water front, this place will never let you down at-least from my experience. Suitable for family, couple, children etc.

GGuest UserThe staff here are very polite. They provide healthy and tasty food, the interiors of the room are next level. They even provide taxi or auto when we ask them to and we had a short and sweet stay here without any insecurity. Its really surprising that all the amenities are at a higher level than any other hotel. There is a lot of parking space available for any travellers to come and enjoy their trip as well as stay. At the end all is well.

GGuest UserThe property is in a quiet and peaceful street only 1. 5 km from both the railway station and the ksrtc bus stand and can be easily located with the directions of the google map. Overall, the stay was good. The front desk personnels were friendly and very co-operative. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness of the bathroom was good. I am not giving a 5-star rating to this otherwise nice property because of the following reasons: 1) the restaurant at the property was not functioning; 2) hot water was not available in the bathroom and the door latch of the bathroom was not working; 3) sufficient quantity of tea/coffee, sugar and milk powder sachets were not provided; and 4) got drinking water only after asking. Still, i recommend this property for a brief or overnight stay.
