The beach is small but amazing beautiful the place is very nice with lots of greenery beautiful garden . In regards to the food my personal opinion I didnt like breakfast so much neither dinner I will pass as well as the service .

Great 3 day break by the sea. The food is also very good and the prices are reasonable for Asian and Western meals. Except both times I ordered chips, they were undercooked. I don't usually eat fried food but decided to indulge. The staff are wonderful and the grounds are well worth a walk or 2. The taxi to the airport was also on time and had vg AC. All in all a pleasant stay. I wholeheartedly recommend. GD

Drop your expectations to the floor; and you might just enjoy it. Ferry pickup (driver not found) Our power was taken out by a storm, which was very quickly resolved, and the staff were lovely about it. The room aircon broke so we switched rooms, they offered us 2x 30m massages in the Melati spa which was beautiful, and added buffet breakfasts to the bookings of our friends which was nice. The aircon in the 2nd room didn’t work either, it blew air but the temp didn’t drop The pool was green and unclean, asked for it to be cleaned and they just turned on the inbuilt filter / jets - didn’t get the dirt out of the pool. Finally our bath water was brown, residual issue from the storm 3 nights earlier, but nobody thought to ensure the water pipes were clean? No wonder we didn’t feel clean after our showers! We didn’t end up using the bath, although they had repairmen come at 10:30pm to sort it out for us, and they did get the water running clear. The staff were all wonderful, I can’t stress that enough, they were absolutely lovely. The issues we had were with the facilities / storm, and our pool not being clean. The resort is ageing, so the staff are frantically running around to repair it. We booked through trip, this is the only way we could get a partial (20%) refund on our booking. The buffet breakfast is great, as is the swim up bar. So it’s a roulette resort, you may have no issues and you may have many.

Booked this for our honeymoon. Near to the airport and far from very other place. The service is overrated for a resort with the present rating. Room has faulty sockets, close to nothing for cable TV. The only thing that was plentiful was the mosquitoes! Breakfast is not bad though.

Bit disappointing. Resort is a bit old fashioned. Restaurant is mwahh, and we’ve missed the good coffee and wine. WIFI reception is not very good and you’re dependent on transportation to go out. Staff is very friendly though

The best SPA experience!) a good restaurant on the beach) rooms like mini-villas. Quiet, calm, comfortable. Great area for walking and relaxing. There are not many activities. Therefore, it is more for relaxation and tranquility.

The hotel is one of the best on the island, the villa with the pool is wonderful. The pool near the sea is beautiful. The sea is shallow in May, which is a minus, but the color of the water is turquoise and pleasing to the eye. We looked at several beaches, there is something to compare with. The location is for a secluded holiday, but rented transport solved the problem of remoteness.

The sea is shallow, clean, OK for children. The spa is terrible. The price matches the quality.

Facilities: All are single-family villas, a bit old but well maintained, private pool needs to be cleaned from time to time Hygiene: Good, no ants or insects Environment: Private beach, a few small fish, no interest in snorkeling, good vegetation inside the hotel Service: 5-star service, enthusiastic and professional, good English Others: The hotel's food tastes good and is worth a try, good location requires reservation, spa is also available, there is TT beach next to it

When checking in, the girl at the front desk was very nonchalant, and she was just trying to be careful. When checking out, I had to wait for a long time. I could feel that they were doing it for the foreigners behind me first, and I didn't know if they were VIPs. The restaurant by the sea was full at night, which was strange. It might be because the hotel is too remote. The sea water is good, but there are rocks, so it's not suitable for swimming. The overall environment is more tropical. The toilet in the bathroom made a noise all night, probably because it is seriously old.

We were able to experience first-class service, everything was perfect. Recommended!
