I seldom sit down to give a detailed review because I am lazy. I booked this hotel on short notice. After driving there, I found that the environment was first-class and the hygiene was good. They also upgraded our room. Although there was no bathtub, the room was spacious. The staff provided very good service, especially Xiao Cai. We added WeChat and were always online. We communicated in time if there were any problems. The facilities of this hotel are relatively old, which is the actual situation that the staff cannot change. The hotel breakfast is also very good, but you have to be careful when using a few broken bowls. On the day of check-in, the small shower fixture in the bathroom could not be fixed. A family of four held the shower with one hand and the other with the other. I washed my hair by hand. After I reported the problem, a staff member knocked on the door at 10:30 to deliver fruit. My sleeping child was woken up, but I opened the door and refused. The shower fixture was fixed the next morning. The toilet drained slowly, and it was more user-friendly with an automatic toilet seat. The hair dryer was really a device from decades ago when I was a child. It was not easy to dry long hair. I brought my own and it took me ten minutes to do it. The next morning, the staff delivered fruit, but I refused it again. Before leaving, the male leader knocked on the door and personally delivered four small gifts. He also personally drove the hotel shuttle to the museum.
