"This hotel looks amazing on the pictures but unfortunately is very old. The room was not really clean. The restaurant staff are very very nice. The beach is cool. A lot of places in the hotel are abandoned. You can see the monkeys from your terrasse"

"This hotel is a budget friendly, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet is good selection, waffles/pancakes/french toast, eggs by choice station, coffee/tea, fresh cut fruit, with a few changes from day to day. For this price this place was a gem! If you want a nice clean beach and pool next to it then this is the place to come"

"This review might be targeted at the solo traveller who is doubting if this place will cater to them. I would say: DO IT! I have had an exquisite, pleasant stay. One of the better places I stayed during my time in Thailand for 3 weeks. Price and quality ratio is absolutely more than fair. The bungalows are spacious, the balcony is spacious and well equipped with furniture to sit on, the bathroom is big, the bed is comfy. I honestly can’t think of anything that wasn’t up to standard. The staff was very friendly, upon arrival I got everything explained to me really well and I got offered to hire a scooter. I did so for the time I was on the Island. Best choice ever. So good to explore the island, since everything is doable with scooter/motorbike. For the Island itself, it has truly stunning nature, beautiful beaches, fun activities, monkeys, nice nights out, without partying being the centre of the island. It was exactly what I needed. I want to go back so bad. And I will. And when I do. I’ll rent at Chomview again. If you’re expecting a 5* hotel and that’s what you’re looking for? This might not be the place for you, but for a fun, well located accommodation on the island, this is the one. I was particularly worried that it would be all kids in the resort and that I’d feel weird being there as a solo male traveller. But the bungalows around me particularly had people my age. Couples, friends travelling together, not just families."

"The receptionist is nice. As soon as you park your car, there's a golf cart waiting to pick you up. Upon check-in, there will be a welcome drink and cold towel provided while waiting for check-in. The staff recommended it well. But when entering the room, the housekeeper didn't take out the trash from the previous customer's bathroom. The amenities in the room were very ok. There is an iron stand ready. There are a lot of various bathroom items. There's even detergent provided. But Breakfast has quite a few options. and room service is slow And in the shower room Water from the shower flows out through the door and it becomes impossible to separate the dry and wet zones. It's all wet. There's a lot of deposit here, about 3,000 baht. Overall, I really like the staff here. Good service in every depar**ent. Especially the front"

"A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport."

"The staff were so warm and welcoming. Grace has been very helpful with everything we asked. We rented a scooter from the property for 300baht a day (full 24 hours!)  The day i was checking out the owner was at the reception and he let me keep my room until 1pm. So nice of him :)) The hotel was right by the sea, the views were incredible. Everything was clean and well maintained. For us the pool was the highlight because it was so clean and always accessible  The property also has cuddly kittens, geese and chicken. Quite a sight to see.  Would stay again for sure"

"Ha Wei takes the elderly and children and usually cooks breakfast by himself, so this one has a kitchen specially selected. The hotel owner is very considerate, and puts drinks and bread in the refrigerator, all for free. Seeing that we took the kids and brought us two large inflatable swimming laps. One day it rained all day, and I really didn’t want to eat outside. The lady boss even drove us to the market. We were all embarrassed that day, it was raining and we went to several places to buy it. The hotel here helps to rent motorcycles and cars at a discount. The environment here is very good, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, 7-11 is also close. The only point is that there is a small slope when entering the hotel from the road. If you have limited mobility, you should consider this. The elderly in my family are in good health, even if they are more than 80 years old, no problem. Also, we stayed for the first night. I didn’t know it was raining at night. We all slept soundly. The hotel staff also helped to collect the clothes. I was so touched😹. Write so many comments for the first time!"

"Just got back from an incredible stay at Long Beach Chalet in Koh Lanta, and honestly, I’d totally recommend it! The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning views and epic sunsets that made every evening special. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcomed. Room cleaning was always spot on and right on time, which was much appreciated. We had a blast even in the low season — there’s always something happening, like different shows every night, which kept things fun. The spa was a standout — so professional, super clean, and the massages on the beach were just wow. They also offer yoga classes if you're into that vibe. Their coffeeshop is a hidden gem — great coffee, tasty sandwiches, and an impressive selection of cheesecakes. And the breakfast options…. Delicious and plentiful, perfect way to start the day. All in all, a fantastic spot to chill and unwind. If you're heading to Koh Lanta, definitely consider this place. We had an awesome time!"
