"Really near to station, just no lift or escalator at the train station. So have to hike up a stairs with the luggage. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Just 5 stops from zurich hb stations, 15mins journey. Take note there’s no aircond in the room."

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served in a small breakfast room. I would book it again and again. free parking I would love to come back"

"Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!"

"The location was excellent and we could check in at the airport terminal within a 15-minute walking distance. Besides, the railway terminal was nearby and there was train towards Zurich city center about every 30 minutes. The hotel was clean, tidy and stylish. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. "A hotel in a close proximity to the airport only 5 mins on a bus ride. However, the service and products are not a 4 star hotel.  1. The front desk service is not quite up to a par comparing to other 4 stars - we asked the front desk to delivery our luggages to the room when is ready for check-in since we will be away. The answer was ”can you do it yourself or your partner can?”, ”not sure but will see what we can do”....This is a very standard service for most hotels.  2. Breakfast selection is very limited and quite sad for a 4-star. The staff was very unenthusiastic and the utensils were dirty with stains.  3. Early check-in will cost you additional 30chf even if it is just an hour before. 4. This is a popular one - no free shuttle bus. Will cost you a lot more than public transportation. So think wisely. 5. The bed is fine but pillows are like balloons - you need to unzip them to let the air out. Otherwise, good luck with the neck!"

The hotel is conveniently located near several supermarkets, with a burger restaurant right next door. There are a few 15-minute parking spots available in front of the hotel, and it’s also close to Kloten train station."

"It takes about five minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel, which is very suitable for people who take early flights. The hotel's restaurant is more expensive, so we usually have dinner while walking around the city before returning to the hotel. Because it is close to the airport, it is also very convenient to take public transportation to the city."

"Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment."

"This room was absolutely amazing! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were thick and cozy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and felt very safe to walk around. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to show me exactly where my room was. I honestly regret not booking this place from the beginning, especially after the nightmare hostel I stayed at before. This place is a total upgrade. Highly recommended!"
