"Huge, practical rooms with outstanding service! THE ROOMS & AMENITIES The rooms are incredibly spacious. We loved the huge living room to chill in after a day out. The bedrooms are large, and the balcony is huge. It has great conveniences like a fridge and a washing machine. Note that activating the kitchen stove requires an extra fee. LOCATION & FACILITIES The back of the hotel connects to a nice seaside walk (no sand) and is a very convenient 10-minute walk to the 1st night market. The lobby doesn't look quite as nice as its sister property next door (the Vignette), but they share facilities. The Vignette block houses the kids' indoor playground and a fancier pool. However, our block has its own well-equipped gym, a 24-hour spa, and a pool. A FEW QUIRKS The spare room has a shower, but the toilet is located outside, so you have to exit the room to use it. Also, there are no bidets and no delivery robots. STANDOUT SERVICE The service is incredible and more than makes up for the quirks. The front desk and butlers were super responsive and friendly. I could even WeChat them late into the night. They quickly provided bed guards, cutlery, a second clothes drying rack, and extra hangers upon request."

"We stayed for four nights and barely left the hotel. The twin beds in the room were both 1.5-meter wide, which was particularly great for families with children. We could also request laundry detergent and hangers, making it super convenient to dry clothes. There was a variety of pillows to choose from. The Royal Club's dining pretty much covered all our food and drink needs throughout the day. If you're not looking for gourmet meals, you won't go hungry from morning till night: breakfast until 11 am, afternoon tea from around 2 pm to past 4 pm, and dinner from what felt like 7 pm to 9 pm – you could really just keep eating. For a richer Chinese breakfast, Saffron offers Roujiamo, and for better views, head to the Royal Club on the 48th floor. But I truly want to recommend the Crab House – it was absolutely delicious! The curry, salted egg yolk, and signature preparations were all incredibly tasty! The kids' meal was also great. If you have the budget, don't hesitate. For entertainment, we spent every day at Aquaventure Waterpark! When we got tired, it was very convenient to just head back to the hotel to rest. We visited the Aquarium daily; the shows were plentiful, and the mermaid performance even brought tears to my eyes, it was so beautiful. We never got tired of seeing all the marine life; we went to see 'Xiao Man' every day, it was so interesting! The dolphin show and C-show are both worth seeing. We were so busy playing that we didn't arrange for vacation photos. If they offered retouched photos, we might have been tempted, but with only original photos, we didn't want the hassle. The parking is free, and there's a shuttle bus to the lobby available at all times, which is very convenient. Our butler, the lovely Ms. Geng, was very thorough in her介绍. Thumbs up to her! This is our second time at Atlantis, and we still love it. Hope they continue to manage it well so we can visit again!"

"The resort is huge, and the garden scenery is also quite good. The room facilities are indeed a bit old, as many online reviews mentioned, but at least they are clean. The public areas, however, are excellent. You can step right out onto the beach and swim in the sea. The hotel also has several pools, but I still prefer the refreshing feeling of being tossed by the waves in the ocean. We had the hotel's dinner buffet, which was decent. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people. The dining area is right by the sea, and the ambiance is quite nice. However, the live musicians were foreigners and kept singing English songs, even though most of the guests there were Chinese. Overall, it's still worth another visit and highly suitable for people who don't have the energy to explore many sights and just want to relax at the hotel and have all their needs met in one place."

"Our stay at the Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful scenery, excellent service, and comprehensive facilities – we'll definitely choose this place again next time. We arrived at 1:30 PM and were able to check in immediately. We booked two nights in a Coconut Grove Seaview Room, which stated it offered a 20-degree sea view. Room 2327, which we were given, was the closest to the sea, and the balcony view was wonderfully expansive. Upon arrival, the front desk staff helped with our luggage and delivered it to our room. In the evening, we received welcome fruits and milk, and at checkout, we got a small gift – a truly special touch. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the dining environment was lovely. The hotel has several restaurants with reasonable prices, and the food was delicious in terms of taste, color, and aroma. The beach management was also excellent: safe storage for valuables, beach chairs and towels readily available, and lifeguards on patrol – everything was well taken care of. A big thank you to our butler, Coral, who responded instantly to messages and promptly resolved any issues perfectly. We are genuinely satisfied and look forward to our next stay!"

"This hotel stay was quite dissatisfying. I called five days in advance to ask the butler to contact me early, but it was as if the request was never made. I still hadn't heard from anyone by the morning of the day before check-in, and I had to chase them to finally get in touch with the butler. The butler seemed a bit irresponsible; once something was noted, it was as if he considered it done and didn't follow up. My luck was really bad with him. As a result, none of my noted requests were fulfilled. However, my room was upgraded again, and I got the seventh-floor room I wanted. But then, they didn't provide amenities according to the number of guests. I was so disheartened that I didn't want to bother the butler anymore, feeling it was useless. So, I called the front desk around 9 PM, asking for the room to be tidied up. They finally came to clean it at 5 PM after I got back from swimming and was about to shower... I suddenly felt a bit sorry for the butler, his job must be tough. On the first day in the new room, the battery cover for the electronic door lock fell off. On the second day, I found the bathroom door lock was broken and couldn't be locked. Well, I guess it's fine if a family doesn't lock the door. On the third day, after eating at the Executive Lounge, we were a party of two. I told the staff not to clear my table, and when we returned, all the other tables around ours were untouched, but ours was cleared. There were just too many things to complain about. After thinking about all these frustrating incidents, I asked the butler for a complimentary day at the Executive Lounge, which was refused. We had discussed it before, whether it could be complimentary, and it was also refused, so I paid what I thought was a reasonable price for the Executive Lounge access. And then, I got the usual perks one can get from a butler, like late check-out and so on. Let me talk about the good things. The staff at the go-kart area are definitely number one! There's a large lawn, so I recommend bringing some outdoor gear. The mini-train is free, and the kids' play area is a great place for children to burn off energy; it doesn't feel stuffy. The children's pool is too shallow, only 0.13-0.15m deep. There are water slides suitable for kids and also slides for adults. Feeding the animals at the petting zoo is a bit expensive at 38 for a tiny portion. In the off-season, couldn't they give a bit more? The little lambs rushed to grab the food before I even started feeding them; they seemed starving. The night activities were quite fun; crab catching was the best. Only those who signed up received tools. Next time, I might bring my own spotlight. It's a shame you can't catch crabs every day. The firefly activity costs extra; the fireflies are tiny, so don't expect a lot of them, as they are small in size. Overall, you get what you pay for. At this price, including food, don't expect much in terms of service. The activities are decent, and there are things to do. The Executive Lounge is quite convenient for seniors or children. I never managed to use the afternoon tea, always missing it. The food isn't very good, and neither is the takeout (I miss Yalong Bay). The area is quite large and very deep, so it's a bit far from the beach, not a beachfront property. Two or three days here would be about right."

"Honestly, for over 300 a night, what more can you expect? A spacious two-room apartment with a living room, two double beds, a sofa, a desk with a lamp, and a wardrobe – perfect for one adult and one child. The pool has a bar, it's close to the Forest Park, and there are free shuttle buses to the beach and duty-free shop. The washing machine and laundry room are excellent, with a 'drying function' that gets clothes dry quickly. The only minor downsides are that breakfast is a bit simple, but sufficient, and the room curtains aren't completely blackout, but it's acceptable. There were a lot of Russians."
