"Amazing hotel nearby airport and the service was really nice
room was clean and spacious!
Bit far from city but a nice place to stay with free airport shuttle service
highly recommend"
"The triple room with its wet and dry areas was decent. It's just that every time I book through Ctrip, I seem to get a low-floor room, always at the very end of the corridor. I'm practically used to it by now... I'm beyond complaining."
"The receptionist's sister was very friendly. Kind to children. Breakfast was also delicious. There was certainly a parking lot, but it is difficult to say that two cars are ”yes” for that number of rooms. It was good to have a contract parking lot."

"The transportation is very convenient. It is a few hundred meters away from Kawasaki JR Station and Keikyu Kawasaki Station. It is close to the commercial district in the south, so it is also convenient for shopping and eating. The price is a little expensive, but it is in Tokyo after all. The service of Toyoko is still very good, and it is also very convenient to store luggage"
"I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place."
"Check-in was late, but we responded politely.
Breakfast was light, such as rice and bread, but it was almost gone because I went a little late to use it.
The staff 々 was nice because everyone was kind and I was able to stay with peace of mind."
"The transportation is very convenient. You can get there by taking the Odawara Line Rapid 4 stations from Shinjuku. Shopping is also convenient. There are large supermarkets such as Uniqlo and Muji around. The room is also large. You can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights this time. The only thing I didn't expect was that the slippers I wore for two days and threw into the trash can were picked up when I returned to the room at night. Are they not allowed to change? I didn't see it written that they were not allowed to change. The breakfast was also very simple."
"Near to subway Station, there's a mini market nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room bit too small but overall value for money. From kawasaki station walk to exit 23 , hotel just right the corner."

Great
AAndrew Peter OsborneFirstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based.
With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟
RRonalyn TiuI had a great experience here! The bathroom and toilet were very large and clean, which made everything super comfortable. It’s rare to find that much space, and it made a big difference. They also offered free bread and coffee, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. Overall, a very nice place—simple, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely come again!
AAnonymous UserIm really happy with my stay at Richmond hotel! Although I only stayed one night, my stay is exceptionally comfortable. Help yourself to the amenities at the hotel lobby and the bed is very comfortable. The room size is just right for 1 person.
The location of the hotel is near the train station, extremely convenient ! There’s also grocery shop and 7 eleven right across the street. I also like to mentioned the hotels staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Check in is swift and the staff are able to speak Chinese and English language. I didn’t get the staff name as I was in a rush but I really appreciate them making my stay so comfortable :)
KKek YeeKawasaki Nikko is centrally located at Kawasaki, close to shopping and train station. I spent a night there before catching up my return flight. I enjoyed shopping at Kawasaki town.
The hotel was build quite some years back but maintenance and clealiness is acceptable. There are 2lifts serving the guest room and mayneed a bit of wauting time, but it is acceptable. Breakfast is accepyable but nothing to shout about and spread is also quite limited. Keiyu Express train to Haneda Airport is about 12min walk away and within 30min you will be at Haneda Terminal 3
KK#lillyConvenient to go to and from the Haneda airport.easy to catch the train to downtown tokyo. Kawasaki itself has a lot to explore as well. The breakfast from the coffee shop nearby was a litrle bit confusing since we were given 2 coupon each for 1 night stay so we were confused that we can use both coupons, but it end up that we were allow to use only 1, somof our friend was asked to pay extra charged due to this misunderstood. The amenities was less than other hotel from this brand.
GGuest UserMy flight from KL landed earlier by 20 minutes. Once I got my luggage, I took an airport taxi to the hotel. It took just 10 minutes to get from Haneda T3, there was no traffic. Arrived at the hotel at about 10:40pm. Upon arrival, the night duty attendant checked me in. It was a very quick process, showed me my room, gave me wifi password, etc and that was it. Although the Hotel is only a 21-room hotel, where room size ranges between 158 sq ft to 355 sq ft, it is very well compensated by the hotel and hotel room’s cleanliness, attentive service and polite and proactive staff. Scherry, the Duty Manager, is a gem and is very knowledgeable of the area. She has given me tips on how to go around the neighbourhood, where to get food, and how to get to the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, efficiently and cheaply. Thank you Scherry for your professionalism and service. So of you are planning to visit Tokyo and needed a hotel to stay close to Haneda airport (without breaking your bank balance) and before moving on to your next destination, like a cruise or further afield, I highly recommend that you try and stay at Hotel Imalle and look for Scherry. I am pretty sure she will look after you.
GGuest UserIt is quite close to Kawasaki Station and the cinema (with a LIVE ZOUND hall). There is a large bath and a small open-air bath on the top floor. To get a toothbrush, you have to go to the reception counter (24-hour service). The heating inside is very strong, and glass bottles of soda and coke are sold by coin (compared to the restaurant). However, the environment is not very clean, the capsule bed is old, the TV on the bed is a CRT, and large suitcases can only be stored at the reception counter.
GGuest UserNice hotel and good location. There are English speaking staff too. I thoroughly enjoyed the good breakfast in a nice atmosphere/ambience at the hotel restaurant.
GGuest UserThe Japanese room is very mini, but the things are very complete. The bathroom has a bathtub. It is very comfortable to prepare a disposable bathtub bag in advance.
FFangLiangIt's a very convenient location, about a 20-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station.
I made a reservation with breakfast included, but they said they weren't serving breakfast at the moment. There's a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it's not a problem.
Also, there is no one at the front desk between 9:00 and 13:00, so you cannot leave your luggage during this time.
