"It was one my of my favourite stay in japan after many trips. I’m sure everyone who comes to japan expect a lot . I’m sorry i’m one of them. I love japan and love kawasaki. Thank you for overall nice stay. I live in Europe i will recommended this hotel to anyone."
"There is a familymart and shopping mall nearby the hotel, which is only 2-3 minutes walk from Kawasaki JR station. The hotel's room is cozy and we have a pleasant stay. The staff is helpful, polite, and proactive. The room is very clean. This hotel will definitely be on my list of places to stay in the future. Thank you."
"The receptionist's sister was very friendly. Kind to children. Breakfast was also delicious. There was certainly a parking lot, but it is difficult to say that two cars are ”yes” for that number of rooms. It was good to have a contract parking lot."

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the station
There are many restaurants nearby, and there are many shopping malls and underground streets
The buffet breakfast is very satisfying
The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom is very good"
"I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place."
"Value for money as this hotel is nearby subway, lots of eateries around. Room is spacious , serves simple breakfast and staffs are friendly and helpful. We keep our bag there as we were travelling to other place. Staff was efficient, when we checked in , our hag was already in the room. Will definitely come back to Hotel Kawasaki River."
"The check-in procedure went smoothly. Although it is not a new hotel, it is fully equipped and clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Although there are only Western and Japanese food options, the portions are large and very delicious."

Outstanding
AAqua2000The room is very new, with two elevators. It is not far from Kawasaki Station and is conveniently located on the main roads. There are many shops and shopping streets along the way. It is very good for the last day of the trip. You can also go shopping in the shopping streets. It is a pity that only one room card is given and the room is too small to open two suitcases at the same time. However, the design of raising the space under the bed so that a suitcase can be placed horizontally is very good. It is also very convenient for GBC pilgrimage.
FFayethEven though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.
DDongfangyaoyangJust above the railway line, a typical business hotel, the rooms are relatively large in Japan. The breakfast is OK, after all, it is a one-night stopover hotel.
GGuest UserA bit disappointed as I have higher expectations for a 4-star international hotel. Booked a non-smoking room but smelled cigerettes from time to time when the air-con was on. Average sound-proof wall as I could hear girls next doors chatting & laughing.
To conclude , not a confortable stay for the price I paid.
AAndrew Peter OsborneThe hotel is very close to Kawasaki Stn. The property is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Check In is self serve with machine. Easy process. Lots of toiletries etc close to check in desk. Breakfast was ok but staff must have had a bad night.
MMilesAway@tripWe booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed.
Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar.
All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!
SSummerxingchendahaiNice staff. Nice environment. The hotel provides daily cleaning and front desk services with a lot of other self services. Guests are mainly Japanese locals. There’s a terrance and a mini pantry on the top floor of the building for the guests to use 24hrs a day.
GGuest UserEven during the holidays, hotel prices in Tokyo are too shocking
Booked this hotel by accident
The business of the hotel restaurant is very good. There are group reservations for both dinner and lunch during the stay. It is quite lively to see so many guests in the lobby when checking in☺️The service has the atmosphere of an old-school hotel (especially the ones with stamps in the room) Collect point cards, old-school but cute)
The room we stayed in belonged to the renovated floor, and the room decoration was very orthodox and clean.
I didn't pay special attention when sleeping, but the bed was really comfortable and it was very easy to fall asleep.
What is surprising is that there is a JBL Bluetooth alarm clock speaker in the room (even high-priced hotels may not provide it these days)
The nearest station to the hotel is just a few stops away on the same line to the new town ”Futakotamagawa” station. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.
ДДиана ЧерепковаThe best hotel we stayed in Japan in my opinion. It’s clean, but far from the train station, the staff is very polite and we had a bathroom and toilet in our room. And we had a very comfortable bad. And the price wasn’t high.
NNirosh GayanEverything is quite easy as expected with guidelines. It's near to the kawasaki station. Service staff is really good. Everything is provided even the sauna and hot spring bath is really good. large Luggage locker is provided. If you have a huge luggage there is a separate coin locker inside. A Restaurant and a leasure area is available with books and mangas I think. English speaking guidance is available.
Pretty much Affordable compared to other capsule rooms. 4.8/5
