Airport Diana Hotel
"The airport transfer was incredibly convenient, taking only five minutes to reach the hotel! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety of breakfast options. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!"
Kathmandu Boutique Hotel
"It is a good accommodation. Near Kathmandu Durbar Square and Thamel. Though my room,508, has faulty A/C. Also for the shower, there is no label if you turn right for hot or cold…it was confusing almot got burned 🤣"
SaraSadan Boutique Hotel - Tribhuvan Airport
"A brand new hotel with all kind of comfortable fertilities to make you staying easy and chill. Great location, sitting between the airport and the Pashupatinath Temple, both in 10 mins walk. It’s not far from the main road but also very quiet. I would stay here again next time."
Aarya Chaitya Inn
"Located in the alley, walk to Buddha stupa about 5 minutes, very like the balcony, I like the sunlight, it simple but tidy and clean, but the toilet a bit small. Overall it very good."
Hotel Anuttara, Boudha
"Excellent! Great service. Kind staff."
Hotel Thrive, A Tropical Courtyard
"We decided to give this place a second chance after a previous negative experience, and we’re glad we did. This time everything was positive. The room was clean, and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for the great experience!"
Holiday Inn Express KATHMANDU NAXAL by IHG
"One of the best choices to stay in KTM, start from security guys at the entrance always great service greeting with smile, the girl at the front desk also friendly and helpful. Just staff at the rooftop need to improve service as we went there twice and no one is there which we will have to walk around to find them. Overall good like the room is new and functional. Breakfast is good as well, Worth for the money to stay here!!!"
Hotel Palazzo
"I came for work and stayed in Hotel Palazzo for 5 days. The hotel is close to highway, very easy for transport. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and Wi-Fi also strong. I like their rooftop restaurant, good place to relax after busy day. Food quality is excellent and service fast. They also have security whole day and night, so very safe to stay. For me, this is best hotel around Kalanki chowk."
Nepali Heritage Hotel
"Rahul is the man, very welcoming and friendly. Only stayed for a nights sleep but the place was nice, conveniently located lockers, and a good location."

Kathmandu Marriott Hotel
"It’s nice. I enjoyed it. Good hotel"
Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu
"Amazing hotel with great breakfast. We loved the pool. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. And the location is very convenient."
Moxy Kathmandu
"We just spent five amazing nights at Moxy Kathmandu, and honestly, it was such a great stay. The hotel has this cool, stylish vibe, and everything felt super clean — the rooms were really comfy too. But what really made our trip was the service. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all so welcoming and polite, and their genuine, proactive attitude just warmed our hearts. Special shout-out to Kritan from the restaurant — not only does he speak fluent Chinese and English, but his attentive service and friendly smile were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough — easily a 10 out of 10."
Mercure Kathmandu Sukedhara Heights
"An average service from the front desk. Not so guest oriented."
Divine Kathmandu Hotel
"Our trip was made even better by this hotel. We were treated to a welcome drink at check-in, which created a great mood. I liked that the prices in the minibar were not exorbitant, but quite reasonable. The view from the room to the valley was simply stunning! The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to help. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so there is always a place to eat deliciously. But the best thing is the roof! There you can not only admire the views, but also enjoy the food. By the way, in the summer you can swim in the pool. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, the buffet is beyond praise. My wife and I were very pleased and will definitely come back here again."
Hotel Dolmaling - Stay for Cause
"I booked the hotel because I wanted to stay close to Buddha Stupa in Boudhanath and this is by far my best experience in Kathmandu. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the Stupa, but very quiet and private. There is an old monastery inside the hotel, and part of the profit from the hotel goes to support the monks in monastery. Morning yoga session is 8am to 9am led by a monk, but I always slept in so couldn’t make it (my fault!). Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend the puri with potatoes and beans fillings. The hotel manager and staffs are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you all, it’s been a great experience staying Hotel Dolmaling. I would definitely come back here the next time I’m in Nepal!"
Shuvatara Suites & Spa
"It was good"
Pashupati Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Clean, Sanitary, Friendly Staff with Great Hygiene practices. Premises are cleaned with utmost care and professionally "
Jiu Ding Joy Hotel
"Exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond at every turn—nothing was too much to ask. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. It's rare to find a team so attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend."
Hotel Amaryllis Kathmandu
"The room was good and tidy. But the bathroom was poor, the bathtub had stains, water pressure was very low, you will struggle to get water from the shower head if held above knee height. Bathroom window strangely set denying privacy. The room was sizable and tidy. The fridge was loud and I had to switch it off at night. The location is great near the embassies and walkable tourist sites nearby. Very helpful staff."
Marlo Hotels
"It is a clean, newly opened hotel located in the center of Thamel. However, there is a bar on the top floor, so it is noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, please skip this place. The breakfast is decent."
Holiday Hostel
"“I had a great experience at Holiday Hostel. The staff are kind and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the hospitality is excellent. Highly recommended!”"
Grand Ambassador Business Hotel
"The receptionist is very rude I was paid only for the booking but on the check out time they stopped me at the reception says you have to pay me for the booking I nearly missed my flight ✈️"
Lakhey Hotel
"Lakhey Hotel is the best hotel in Kathmandu! The staff are super friendly, check-in is very easy, and they always help me get a taxi. They offered a welcome drink, which was lovely. The boss speaks excellent Chinese and even arranged a trek for me—very satisfying! Hot water is great, breakfast is delicious, and their Sichuan restaurant has amazing food (must try!). After my EBC trek, I stayed here again because I missed Chinese food. Location is nice, rooms are big—I stayed in room 1108 with a beautiful Kathmandu city view. Highly recommend to everyone. Very satisfied with Lakhey Hotel service. Best of luck to the team—hope to see you again!"**"
Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu Thamel
"This four-star hotel is considered top-tier in Kathmandu. The breakfast spread is great, and the front desk service is exceptional. Laundry and room service are also excellent. It's just a short walk out of the alley to the Thamel shopping area."
