Location Very central in Thamel, within walking distance to key areas, restaurants, and festival venues. Ideal when the city is busy due to events like NIFF (held April 2–6, 2026 in Kathmandu). The hotel offers an airport pick-up service (fee: 20 USD), which requires one day's advance notice. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel lobby is bright and spacious, and the front desk staff are polite. The room matched the pictures, with plenty of space and wooden furniture, giving it a warm feel. The bathroom was clean, and while the shower pressure was a bit weak, it was acceptable. Breakfast is served from 7-10 AM, and it's a buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, convenient for vegetarians. The hotel's service is truly excellent. If you have any issues, just ask, and the staff are very happy to help and are proactively attentive.

Located within walking distance to the Buddha Stupa, this hotel is in a convenient location yet in a quiet corner near the stupa. The service is great and the staff are very helpful and hospitable. The highlight is there’s a ******* Buddhism Monastery right in the hotel’s yard, and guests can do free yoga course every morning inside the monastery which is a big plus.

A fantastic hotel with beautiful architecture and wooden detailing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Free yoga in the morning on the rooftop and a walking tour is provided upon request. The rooms are large with lots of light. The bathroom is functional with good water pressure. For winter, an electric blanket, portable heater and hot water bottles are supplied. Delicious and well priced breakfast. Amazing value for money.

Very good location, right in the centre of Thamel, close to eateries, cafes, convenience shops and even pharmacies. Breakfast was repetitive but good, especially the cheese and omelette station. Vegetarian friendly as well. Airport transfer was good as well, really the best from my experience. Service is tip top, will try to give you anything you requested, even laundry. Definitely will go here again!

It's truly amazing that they managed to create such a peaceful little courtyard in the bustling heart of Tamil Nadu! Plus, you can solve most of your needs right here without even leaving the hotel. I'll definitely be back! Facilities: The garden is perfect for afternoon tea and reading. A bit disappointed I didn't get to try the rooftop yoga this time. Ambiance: Quite good. Breakfast: Comparable to a 3-star hotel in China; it got a bit repetitive by the second day. But it's not a big issue, as many popular breakfast spots are within walking distance. Service: Attentive and reliable, and they don't intrude, which I really appreciate. Special shout-out: The shower water pressure! A must-have for long hair!

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae. The hotel is truly a boutique one. Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis. The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help. Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest. Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the service, as well as the food is excellent. The rooms however, are very old and small (we were able to change rooms after bringing this up with reception). The location is in Thamel and getting to nearby attractions is convenient

A great hotel in the heart of the Thamel district. Both the rooms and common areas are decorated in a national style, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor is fantastic – delicious food with a diverse breakfast buffet and an extensive menu for other meals, including both local and European dishes. The hotel also has a very good spa, though it doesn't operate late into the evening. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and functional hotel, weithin walking distance from the airport. Very recommended for short stays. Good breakfast with fruit and warm options.
