"Everything is fine except for the weak insulation in the ceiling. I mean, in the room I was in, if I turned on the water in the bathroom, may God bless you, which is on the floor above it, it bothers me. This is the only observation."

"It is very close to the Airport and in the heart of the new part of the city, with many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is brand new, and the staff was professional. There is a big supermarket just near to the hotel as well. You can walk to the seashore."

"The hotel was extremely clean, stylish and luxurious. The rooms were comfortable and large. Both in terms of square meters, the size and comfort of the bed, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and rooms were simply perfect. I used the gym. ***et was equipped with adequate and modern sports equipment. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was very pleased, if I come across it again, I will definitely choose it."

I have a note in the daily hygiene service where the hygiene is only three days later, and the napkins are not available in the bedrooms and the hall.
And it's all wonderful and remarkable."

"I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!"

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel"
