The hotel's location is excellent; Gulou Night Market is right downstairs, and you can see Gulou directly from your room. It's bustling at night. The hotel breakfast also offers a good variety, and the soundproofing in the rooms is very good.

Clean and tidy. Hygiene: Room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Facilities: Well-equipped and well-maintained. Environment: Quiet and convenient. I could see the Drum Tower from my window, and it's very close to the night market. Service: Warm and attentive. A robot even delivered water. Temperature: Comfortable. Hot water: Very stable.

The overall room size is quite small, no particularly large rooms. They provided two bottles of Haibi (a type of drink) in the room, but only on the first day. I booked for three days, and there were none on the second and third days. Even as a platinum member, I didn't receive any welcome fruit, and there was no farewell gift upon check-out (though I saw plenty at the bar). The good thing is that they offered warm water when it was cold, and I'd ask for a bottle every time I came back. I booked a scenic room with a view of the Drum Tower, but it was quite hot during the day. There's only a small round table in the room, not suitable for working. The soundproofing is very poor. I checked in at 2 PM, specifically requested not to have a corner room, but ended up with one next to the equipment room (which is a corner room). The noise was significant. Breakfast has deteriorated a lot; the taste is noticeably worse now. I've been coming here for business trips on and off for over two years, and this experience was definitely not good.

The rooms were also clean and tidy, making for a great stay. The hotel offers convenient amenities like a laundry room and a gym. There's also a large terrace on the fourth floor, perfect for viewing the Drum Tower and taking photos. Additionally, the hotel provides parking, which is great for those driving. We booked three rooms for our family trip, and everyone had a wonderful experience.
