The hotel is located right by the Drum Tower, boasting an excellent location. The stunning night views are literally just downstairs. The room was spotless, equipped with electric curtains and a smart toilet, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The service was also top-notch; they even called proactively to confirm my reservation.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the Drum Tower and just a short walk from the snack street. It's also incredibly well-connected, making it easy to visit all the other attractions. The ambiance is lovely, and the young lady at the front desk offered exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service.

Manxin Hotel Kaifeng: Thoughtful Details and a Superb Location During my trip to Kaifeng, I chose to stay at Manxin Hotel, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant, with several aspects particularly standing out. First off, the hotel lobby. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by its spacious and bright ambiance. The decor was luxurious yet tasteful, exuding an impressive sense of grandeur that instantly elevated my expectations for the stay. What was even more heartwarming were the front desk staff. They were enthusiastic and proactive throughout, not only meticulously handling the check-in process but also patiently guiding us through the hotel layout and thoughtfully recommending nearby attractions worth visiting. Their service attitude was absolutely top-notch. After checking into our room, we found the facilities to be very new. The soundproofing was excellent, making our stay exceptionally quiet and peaceful. We weren't disturbed by any outside noise, allowing us to rest very soundly. We did encounter a minor issue: we found the hot water tap wasn't working. After contacting staff, someone quickly came to check. It turned out we weren't familiar with how to operate the tap, and we ended up causing trouble for the staff. However, throughout the whole process, the staff member remained gentle-mannered and patiently showed us how to use it, without showing the slightest hint of impatience. This kind of meticulous and thoughtful service truly earns extra points. What truly surprised us was the hotel's fantastic location. Right outside the hotel is Kaifeng's famous Shudian Street Night Market, just a short walk away in the evening. All sorts of local specialty foods are readily available, allowing you to experience the authentic local vibe and flavors of Kaifeng without having to go out of your way. It's incredibly convenient for foodies! Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service, accommodation, and location during this stay. I will definitely choose Manxin Hotel again on my next visit to Kaifeng, and I will also recommend it to friends planning a trip there.

After the night market winds down in the evening, there are public broadcasts, so rooms with a view might be a bit noisy. Service: Very thoughtful and attentive.

The Drum Tower Night Market is right downstairs, and the Drum Tower is visible from our window, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The front desk even gave us a complimentary souvenir upon checkout. Kaifeng is a wonderful place, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's environment was great, and the location is quite bustling. Come evening, the surrounding streets are absolutely teeming with countless night market stalls, packed closely together. The staff were incredibly warm, hospitable, and very attentive to details. Overall, a fantastic choice!

I recently visited Kaifeng with my family. The hotel boasts a superb location right on the bustling Drum Tower Square. It's very close to Daxiangguo Temple and the Ancient Guanyin Temple. What's more, with night markets, shops, and a bus stop right downstairs, it couldn't be more convenient! A major highlight is the 4th-floor platform, which offers panoramic views of Drum Tower Square. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with amenities, including a refrigerator and a 'Xiao Ai' smart home system. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Immediately after we checked in, they proactively called to ask if we were satisfied with the room. On a rainy day, they even offered us umbrellas to borrow. We truly enjoyed VIP-level, personalized service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Highly recommended!

Most major attractions are easily accessible, all within approximately 3 kilometers. Parking is very convenient with both above-ground and underground facilities, and it's complimentary. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and provided very thoughtful, attentive service. When I accidentally stained the bedsheets with some takeout soup, they promptly and efficiently resolved the issue, which I was very satisfied with. Overall, the hotel is outstanding. Absolutely perfect.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation, and a night market is right at its doorstep. A major plus is that despite being so close, the hotel wasn't disturbed by any noise from the market, which was truly appreciated! On the downside, the elevators lacked air conditioning, making the short ride uncomfortable in the hot summer. Additionally, the room had too few chairs (one wasn't sufficient), the shower control was tricky to adjust (it was easy to overshoot and get sudden blasts of cold or hot water), and the open-concept shower design wasn't ideal for privacy. The hotel would be absolutely perfect if these points were improved!

The hotel is spotlessly clean and ideally located right at Gulou Square, surrounded by the bustling night market with its vast array of Kaifeng's signature dishes. From the fourth-floor terrace, you can enjoy stunning night views of Gulou Square. It's also conveniently close to all major attractions, with even the farthest being less than a 40-minute walk away. A truly thoughtful touch, especially in hot weather, is that the electricity doesn't cut off when you leave the room. We'll definitely be staying at Manxin again on our next visit to Kaifeng!

This is a typical chain hotel with all the standard amenities you'd expect. What really stood out, though, was the incredibly warm and efficient service from the front desk staff. They processed our check-in promptly and even gave us a little souvenir when we checked out. Just downstairs, there's a fantastic food street that's really vibrant. Getting around on a local three-wheeler is super convenient for exploring the area. The locals are exceptionally friendly and always happy to help with directions or questions. I absolutely loved my time here!

The location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower Night Market, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Park is also just a short taxi ride away. The room was very clean. However, parking at the hotel is quite limited, possibly due to the large number of guests driving. Fortunately, there are fast-charging stations conveniently located right next to the hotel. The service was also outstanding; I accidentally left something behind, and they contacted me immediately to arrange for it to be couriered to me, which I truly appreciated. On a separate note, while Kaifeng's attractions are all wonderful and feature a rich variety of performances and activities, the city's overall urban infrastructure seems to be lagging behind its tourism development. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Located right by Gulou Street, you can wander around Gulou and Bookstore Street as late as you like, worry-free. There are also plenty of delicious food options nearby. Our room was conveniently situated on the same floor as the laundry room, making washing and drying clothes incredibly easy. Right next to the laundry is the gym, so you can easily fit in a workout while waiting for your clothes. Rooms feature XiaoDu smart controls, and robots can even deliver takeaways to your room. This has been the most satisfying hotel experience of our entire trip so far.
