nice hotel with a perfect direction in MCM....... ..

Nice location. Helpful staff. It is a 3 Star Hotel at a 3 Star price. Hot water was excellent (maybe a bit too hot)  Breakfast is simple but ample. No complaints.

The room was nice and faced the street. It had windows, but unfortunately, they can't be open. The breakfast was basic, but there was plenty on offer. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The location is great, walking distance to all tourist attractions. I would stay here again.

The location is the best thing going for this hotel as it's in District 1 and close to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff were polite and pleasant. The hotel needs refurbishment......There was no hot water for 2 out of the 3 mornings I stayed. The bathtub is not sealed around the walls, and there was water spilling onto the floor. There's a kettle provided in the rooms, but they expect you to buy your own tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.....something all the other hotels I've stayed in in SE Asia provide. The breakfast is just about adequate, and the 'breakfast room' is too cramped with chairs and tables.......A third of this room is used for storage, which is why it appears smaller. It was more a 2 star experience rather than the 3 star it claims to be. Luckily, I had booked for only 3 nights with the option to extend. I checked out and moved to a more comfortable studio apartment in District 3.

I found Cockroaches on the floor walking also the bathroom is dirty! Won’t stay at this hotel anymore!

Very nice hotel in a central part of Saigon. Clean, tidy, personell is great and helpful. Not noisy even though its district 1, great value for the price.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Japan Street, the downstairs is very lively, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. However, the room facilities are very old and the hygiene is relatively poor. There are actually many small insects crawling on the table. The breakfast room is crowded and the breakfast is also poor.

The hotel is in a good location, in District 1, safe. There are many restaurants on Japanese Street and it is also close to nearby shopping malls. The hotel facilities are relatively old and it is a private hotel. If you want to save money and mainly stay there, you can recommend it. Anyway, it's OK.

Good value for money, worth staying in this hotel, cheap and well located in the lively District 1
