The property is excellent. Clean bed linen and towels, nice interiors, climate controlled and clean swimming pool, polite and courteous staffs, tasty and fresh food, enough parking space, very near to umed bhawan palace, city center and other sightseeing options, decent internet connectivity. I would highly recommend to stay at this property and make your trip to jodhpur a memorial one. The best part was that we were allowed to check in at 1030 am as we reached much earlier and no extra charge was put to us. The staff was flexible enough to accommodate one extra bed in the room which we missed out at the time of booking.

I often travel abroad and have stayed in many high-end hotels, but I have never stayed in such a perfect hotel. It is unparalleled and dreamlike. From the moment of entering the hotel’s welcome ceremony, I feel his kingly style and courteous service. After planning a few local attractions sightseeing, a family of four stayed here for 24 hours before leaving reluctantly. Later I learned that this hotel was rated as the world's first best hotel in 2016.

The interior is beautiful and nice, which you wouldn't expect from the quiet, inconspicuous exterior. (The entrance is up a narrow, rather steep slope, so it may not be suitable for people with walking problems.) And anyway, the location is great in the middle of the Blue City, and the night view from the rooftop restaurant and the music were all great!!
There is an elevator, a hair dryer, a fan in the bathroom, and the shower water pressure and temperature were so comfortable that you wouldn't think you were in India.
The Rajasthan crafts selection in the shop on the first floor was also great, and the prices were much cheaper than buying them at a souvenir shop, so I recommend it♪
The hotel owners were also very kind and nice.
This quality at this price, I definitely recommend it ^_^

The view is excellent, and in the hotel you can look up to the castle on the mountain, which is also the most worth seeing place in the Blue City. The hotel is designed and transformed on the basis of traditional houses, with simple and stylish supporting facilities, and a rare boutique hotel in the city. The best part is that there is a stepped well next to the hotel, which is relatively clean and not as big as the ”famous” moon well under Amber Fort.

A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. The room is quite big and quite distinctive. At the time of check-out, a waiter came to carry the baggage and check the room. In front of me, I ordered every item I spent, and then asked me to go out and lock the door. The hotel in front of the hotel in India was very good. That is, this operation made me drunk. Also, there is a waiter who picks up the station, can't speak English, we find him, he also confirms to confirm, big night, really pretty SB, hehe. There are a lot of people practicing yoga at 7:00 in the morning.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure everything was just right. The food was fantastic—special mention for the tea, which was perfect every time! Rooms were decent, clean, and comfortable, providing a good space to unwind. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Found the report online and turned out to be super good. Location is a bit outside of the city, but public transportation is very convenient. The only complaint is the floor of the room, which was chilly as there is no floor tiles. Food was super tasty and the staff was very welcoming.

汪汪Hotel service is very good. I left the laptop in the hotel. I found the computer disappeared the next day in Udaipur. After two or three days, I contacted the hotel and found it. The hotel found a car to drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur. Give it to me (of course, the cost is our own and it is higher than the cost of finding a car outside, but still let the hotel find a solid, after all, is a valuable item), hand in hand to find the package is very good, the driver is also very responsible. Special thanks to the hotel's service staff. The location of the hotel is indeed too far from the city. Ola is about 260 rupees to the main scenic spot. We have a car at the time of the call, but it is so uncertain whether it is always a good car.

SSafwaanThis hotel is like a homestay but the guest area is separate to the family area. There is a nice restaurant on the roof with city view.
The room has a window and balcony and there is always hot water. The host lady would often offer free tea even though there is a restaurant on top.
It's on a hill but literally 5 minutes from Mehran garh and several other attractions. It wouldn't be possible to ever be closer to a major attraction.
The hosts are very helpful with advice on visiting attractions and happy to have a chat as well

GGuest UserI am travel-ling with my family visiting jodhpur. We reached haveli in pal at about 8. 30 am. Our check in time was 12 noon. They were kind enough to allow us early check in. The room was quite spacious with a blend of modern and old days interior. The hotel staff were all very courteous. The owner of the hotel always has close watch on the day to day working and guests wellbeing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserRaj and shrawan ji were very helpful at shiv hari heritage. Felt very homely. Rajsthani thali is a must try. They were very helpful and mr soni even took me to the famous ghewar shop which i wanted to take for my family. Best time at the hotel with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

GGAJENDRA SINGH.This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some games also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)
